I like how there isn't that "Drop". Sometimes it's not needed. This song reminds me of that Waves song that finally gained some mainstream steam a few months ago. Robin Schulz does Deep House and Tropical House which this is the latter. I love the buildup up from the verse to prechorus to the chorus. All I need is an acoustic version so people can start doing their own edits.

Is this going to ITUNES today? #61 right now in US Oop. Wasn't coming up when I searched for it. Maybe I am just old but I don't follow all of these subgenres like tropicalia or whatever. I'm just curious as to when people decided it was fashionable to co-opt Club Med commercials into music. It just feels so random to me. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

What the f**k, #1 in iTunes already?! Number one debut in Hot 100 for sure. Just because a song becomes number 1 on Itunes does not mean it will debut at number 1. Everyone said same thing with Drag Me Down too...

I was wondering what CHR would eventually settle on as the new 'staple' sound(s). Looks like we may have found it, or at least one of them.
I really like this.

It doesn't hit hard, but that tropical sound is very easy on the ears. Very low burn factor because of that. It has a radio deal here in Tampa.

This is so hot. I hope this just blows all his past single performances out of the water. I don't know if this can get to the We Found Love/Roar/Shake It Off mega lead single level since he's never actually had a hit that colossal, but it definitely has the potential to become his biggest mainstream hit and finally break him as a reliable radio hitmaker once and for all.
This will go #1 on CHR, and possibly the Hot 100 too. If not, it's going to get very close.

It will debut high then flop every week after that just like Drag Me Down. Calling it. I HIGHLY doubt it. I believe this has got so much potential to make a run similar to Shake it Off, only it'd last 30-40 weeks.

It's that song you wish you didn't like and end up singing along.

I believe this has got so much potential to make a run similar to Shake it Off, only it'd last 30-40 weeks. Shake it off its being a little optimistic. Bieber image is far from being on Taylor Swift levels, and Taylor promotion had a lot to do with the smash that Shake it off was. She has her share of haters but in interviews she came accross as very nice and funny. Shake it off was number one four weeks and almost a year in the hot 100. Justin on the other hand has in common the number of haters and that's all. He was able to make a transition to adult singer (which is not easy) and his singles did better on radio than on previous albums, but at the same time the album sold way less, and he started an spirall of being in the news for the worst reasons. He still has a lot of followers, and the media loves a trainwreck, so he is going to sell well at least for a while, the rest it will depend on the promo, and i don't know if he will be able to convince anyone he is a good guy now and come accross as likeable in interviews. Anyway, if people really like the song it will be a hit with a long chart run, but frankly i can't see Bieber having an smash like Shake it off was

LOVE this song. Never heard "where are you now" but this is hot and sexy. Whoever compared it to "we found love" was dead on-- it has a monotony that works.

Excited to see the numbers for the next kworb update, lol. What's the record for the lowest percentage the #2 has?
