Damn, I'm not quite sure how I forgot "Learn to Fly" in my top 10. Glad to see Everlong at #1, though!

The Top 10 is pretty spot-on with mine, and almost all of them would have been in my Top 15 ("Arlandria" and "Breakout" were the only two of mine that weren't in this Top 10). Though I'm surprised "Congregation" placed in the Top 10. I don't think that would have even hit my Top 40 for them. Lol I was one of the three that didn't vote for Everlong, and (unpopular opinion) even after I just listened to it, I wouldn't have put it on my list. Curious, have you listened to any of their old music? Your list is from Echoes, Silence, Paitence, and Grace and beyond (excluding "Times Like These").

On another note, if I'd submitted a ballot I would have been the sole voter for their cover of "Baker Street".

^I was really close to putting that one on mine, but opted out because it was a cover. Not surprised at all to see Everlong on top. In fact, I would have been surprised if it weren't #1.

This list had more singles at the top than Tunelab's, which makes sense since this is a radio-related message board. Like I don't even remember "Wheels" being in the Top 30 on Tunelab. "Everlong" was also the #1 on there as well, which isn't surprising as one of their biggest hits in their career. This was fun though and I hope you enjoyed the game. Thanks again to thewebinator for managing this game. Figuring out those votes is very time-consuming.

That table is mostly incorrect, you've confused the voting process that I constructed. You combined two different sets of votes that have nothing to do with each other into one table.
I'm still going to hold off on starting the second vote until the 8th, so more people have a chance to review the Foo Fighters results.
However, the three open fields to suggest groups weren't for the second vote. They were to add new artists to the second poll (to determine our third pick), and get the total number of artists there to 10 for more variety. There's a bunch of complicated Excel formula fun I could go into too, but it's pretty boring so I'll hold off.
The only groups that could have been picked for the second vote were the six included in the multiple choice question on the poll.

I have My Hero, Learn to Fly and All My Life but haven't listened to them in full yet.

I think we sort of have similar music tastes, considering both our tastes are very diverse.

5 of my choices made the top 10 and I chose "Everlong" as #1. Wish "Rope" had ranked higher. That's one of my alltime favs and where's the love for "This Is A Call"? Their first single ever. I also thought "Darling Nikki" woulda gotten at least one vote?

I went with ISA because I thought it would have a better chance at a higher place. I was (barely) right. I'm not sure why, but I wasn't expecting "Times Like These" to be that high. Pleasant surprise. "Everlong", of course, is expected at #1, and well-deserved. And high five to the others who voted for "Stacked Actors" and "Arlandria"!

I would've had Baker Street and Darling Nikki but I excluded covers. Not surprised that I'm the only one to put down Statues.

I have totally forgotten about "Wheels" through these last years. and I charted it high because of it's Tom Petty vibes. Never heard it on Rock radio again.

Thanks for all of your votes the first time around. With over 60% of the votes, our second artist is Green Day! Here's the link the form! Feel free to take your time picking your songs, I spent the past few days debating over which songs should be included. I'll keep the voting open until August 14th at Midnight EST. I'll also put a link to the form on the first post of the thread, as well as my signature.

Oh my goodness. This is literally going to take me all week to listen to every single one of their albums and narrow it down to ten songs. However, this is going to be glorious. I can't wait to get started!

I can't wait to get started! I'm impressed and surprised at all of the people that turned in their ballots within 15 minutes. I had the advantage of knowing two days in advance, so spent most of that time narrowing down a preliminary list of 42 songs down to my 10 and then ranking them. Good luck!

I'm guessing most people just looked through their discography and ranked them quickly. I make sure for every game to listen to every single song that band has ever create, rate them from 1-5, and then narrow my 5's down to ten songs. It's a hell of a process, but so much fun.

Given I could do a top 10 entirely out of "American Idiot" songs, this was pretty easy for me.
