55 spins to get top 50, what a new low Still much better than Alternative, where even the #68 song has 101 spins. You know there's a problem when it's as such.

Wow I was under the impression that alt was doing way better then active right now. Guess radio as a whole is kinda under the weather?

There are 10 songs on Alternative that are eligible to go recurrent (First, Mountain At My Gates, this song, Gone, High Dive, Unsteady, Victorious, Give Me a Try, Mess Around and Thank God for Girls), and even worse, half of these are still current singles and moving up (Gone, High Dive, Unsteady, Victorious and Give Me a Try). Even worse, that Cold War Kids song is destined to beat Rise Against's record at the rate it's going down, plus the 11-20 songs aren't moving fast enough. Weezer will get the boot next Sunday.

I personally think longitievity on the charts is cool but alt takes it to a whole new level.
