I like hearing something different from her but I'm not sure I will like it on the radio. It does sound exactly like Charlie.

I actually like this a lot more than GFY.

Are they doing a first day push for this song airplay wise? Not sure, but it wouldn't make sense to solicit airplay for this song THIS week. Good For You needs to retain its airplay to secure #1 on the official chart.

I had a very tepid reaction to this last night, but after a few listens and the chorus getting stuck in my head, I'm on board for this. I like that she's doing something different and unlike any of her previous singles.
Also re: the Charli similarities, obviously she wrote the song and the oooohhhh part at the end of the chorus is very like her, but I do think that's Selena's voice. It's just similar to Charli in intonation for obvious reasons.

It definitely gets stuck in your head, but I'm not sold on that being a good thing just yet.

I love this on first listen, way more that "GFY."
That being said, it sounds like she just sang over Charli's demo and imitated her voice, she really brings nothing to the table as a vocalist or an artist. Nothing distinct about this girl at all.

I kind of like it but, I was hoping for better. "Good For You" was so mature and in the right direction. Even if she did something dance like, I think it would have been better than this.

I don't think it's necessary to say this because it was confirmed as the next single, but the clean version of the track has been added to the Top 40 playlist from PlayIGA. That said, I assume Interscope is waiting until "Good for You" is officially #1 on the CHR/Pop format this Sunday to remove it and begin the promotion with "Same Old Love".
Regarding the track, I think it's more instant than "Good for You", despite the first time I listened to it (in a LQ stream) I was torn because the chorus really sounded to Charli XCX. Anyway, I prefer "Good for You" over this for now, but I can say that this is a grower and the chorus stucks on your head after a couple of plays.

This sounds like something Rachel Stevens rejected.

Loving this, but she sounds like she's just singing over Charlie XCX in the chorus.

OK After hearing it a few times and getting over wanting another GFY, I like it more and more. Interested to see how it does.

After more listens, this is a killer song. Probably the best thing I've heard from a recent Disney product.

Loving this, but she sounds like she's just singing over Charlie XCX in the chorus. I believe she actually is. I thought it was Gwen first, then heard it again, and no doubt it's Charlie

With Charlie coming back with another album soon-ish (probably not until 2016 but coming), I'm surprised they didn't try to get her name attached to what is obviously going to be at least a moderately successful single, considering she sings basically the whole chorus.
