I thought I wouldn't like it that much, but after hearing it, I actually like it a lot. I'm impressed.

Fun fact from the Complex premiere of this: the title comes from a malapropism from producers Mattman & Robin, who said it when intending to reference the drink Sex On The Beach. Ha.

I love it.
I also really liked his single from years ago with LiL Wayne "Just In Love".

Sounds like something Maroon 5 would do. Not bad.

This is so fun! I love the throwback vibe of it. I look forward to the rest of the project.
I enjoyed Joe's last album. I was disappointed by the lack of promotion for it and its singles. I enjoyed "Love Slayer" and "Just In Love" and their respective club mixes.

The lyrics are so weird, but this is insanely catchy.

I've seen him on my timeline a bit this week, which means he's also trying to court the gays.

This is surprisingly fresh. I could see myself getting into it if it becomes a hit.
Does anyone know how the whole DNCE thing came about and if the other members were already on anyone's radar?

I went to search for an answer because I knew I'd read last night that the JoBros' old guitarist was part of it, but this MTV article ended up answering your entire question, ha! www.mtv.com/news/2271028/dnce-band-members/

Perhaps that's why for them as well

Or is it still 1995 and no one told me?

However I do still listen to the radio on my short drives to work that usually aren't long enough to even deal with setting up a device .

Or is it still 1995 and no one told me? I assume there is also the pesky issue of a person never being a Joe Jonas fan before and having no compelling reason to try to force himself into being one. Going out of one's way to listen to a song even once is already a much bigger leap than the average music listener makes, so "maybe I'll like it once it's a hit" is pretty reflective of how songs grow on people (or conversely never get the chance to grow on people), for better or for worse. It's just a catch-22 because the song can't become a hit unless it gets played a lot, but it won't get played a lot unless there's some impetus behind it to try to make it a hit. I like the song on first listen, but am somewhat in the "would like it more after I heard it more" camp. I could see myself forgetting I listened to this song by this time tomorrow, meaning I won't remember to listen to it again.

Man...im busy as hell but it takes like a hot second to pop a song you like on a mp3 device or from a streaming service. I would hate to rely on the narrow playlist of a radio station to dictate what I like and listen to!

I would hate to rely on the narrow playlist of a radio station to dictate what I like and listen to! I get a rather decent variety from the 8 or so radio stations I have on rotation getting both newer hits and throwbacks . and just because something is on radio doesn't mean I automatically like it . I can listen to music how I want to thx

I always want to read the group name as "DUNCE" and not so much "DNCE". Anyway, I feel like I enjoy this way more than I should? I get a bit of an early Mika feel with this and that's definitely not a bad thing at all. This is super catchy and total ear candy.
