I still don't understand why she chose BIU. There we so many better single choices on the album.

^There was an ad for it on All Access, touting the lyric video and iTunes placements, I think. There may not have been an impact date (which doesn't really make too much difference with big-name acts), but there was a promo single made available that had a radio edit
At this stage, no matter the single, non-urban formats aren't going to give her much play. But, for a 50-year-old, she's doing as well as one could be (probably better) at Adult R&B.

Listening to "Number Ones" yesterday and today. Her discography never gets old!
I'm just sad "You Want This" was left off.

^That didn't bother me too much, as it's my least favorite of the janet. singles. Tacking on something from the first two album would have made it even more of a career spanner, but at least they got some justice on the international Design of a Decade and the Rock Witchu Tour. :)
Maybe this all should be in the main JJ thread, though, as this pertains to "Dammn Baby"?

If we're talking about singles promoted at any U.S. radio format, Damita Jo had four: "Just a Little While," "I Want You," "All Nite (Don't Stop)" and "R&B Junkie." As did Discipline: "Feedback," "Luv," "Rock With U" and "Can't B Good." 20 Y.O. stopped at three.

"Burn it up" didnt even go for adds anywhere. I think I was misled by the 300 page thread on airplay updates for that song.

Adult R&B Airplay- 9/17./16 In its 16th week on the survey, "Dammn Baby" inches back up 10-9, with 841 spins (-28) and an audience of 4.033m (No. 10 among the top 30).
(I forget who posted it initially, but the post I previously replied to, about the number of singles from the albums, has vanished.)
