Harmony is definitely a misnomer in their case.

The chorus of "All in My Head (Flex)" sounds so weak and strange.

The album sounds full of hits to me. Flex, I Lied, Squeeze could all be singles. Maybe even Write On Me.
The whole thing feels very catered to current pop radio trends.

Look at them getting above the trend and having Kygo co-produce on some songs. "Write on Me", "I Lied", and "Squeeze" are far and away my favorites so far. This is 100 times better than their previous album and EP. Also do they say "I don't know what else to say but you're pretty f#cking dope" on "Dope"?! Where is the PA label

Write on Me and Squeeze are the best tracks here. Unsure why the latter wasn't the follow-up single...
Edit: Coincidentally they're the Kygo tracks!

I just need Dinah to learn some proper breathing techniques for the live performances.

Expected to like this more based on what everyone was saying, but eh. Second half is much stronger than the first imo. Standouts are 'I Lied', 'Squeeze', 'Not That Kind of Girl' (this very well could've been a Prince comeback single in another timeline), and 'Big Bad Wolf', which is hella out of place in the sequencing but it's really fun. The rest of the album didn't really grab me, but there's potential here.
I feel like one of these girls is gonna end up going solo and snatching everyone, so I'll stay perched for that.

Listening now, the album might not be revolutionary or anything, but I think the songs are good for the summer and whatnot. Mindless enjoyment.

That's My Girl is hands down my favorite. It sounds like the kinda song that could be HUGE! Squeeze and The Life are also nice and could make good singles.

Not That Kinda Girl, Dope, and I Lied all need to be singles. Besides Sledgehammer, they're the best songs they've ever recorded.

I have the standard edition of 7/27. I like it a lot. More than I expected too. I didn't think I was going to like "That's My Girl". I thought it was going to be way more like a "pop girl power anthem". I really like it. Their new single "All In My Head" is hot. I think I like it more that "Work From Home" that I also love. Funny someone else mentioned a Prince influence in "Not That Kinda Girl". I heard it as well. I like it! "Write On Me" and "Gonna Get Better" are is a nice midtempo pop songs. Either of them could do decently as singles at some point. I really like "Scared Of Happy". My only complaint is I don't love the breakdowns through out the song. It's a small issue and I still love the song. lol. My least favorite track on here may be "The Life" which I kind of like. The cd is a hit in my book.

I low-key got a PCD tease from Dope as well; Ally was channeling her best Nicole on the bridge. Ally sounds exactly like Nicole is most songs. It's even weird sometimes. Any love for No Way? It might be one of my favorites. It's kind of sad but really beautiful.

I began to like this album after several listens. Every song is on or above the average quality of pop singles nowadays, yet I can barely figure out any standout track. Plus I'm really looking forward to a cute ballad from them like "I Hate This Part."

I listened to the album 10 times in three days. A major improvement from Reflection.
That's My Girl 10/10
Work From Home 8/10 (perfect choice for lead single)
The Life 8/10
Write On Me 10/10
I Lied 8/10
All In My Head 6/10 (would've been much better without the rapper)
Squeeze 8/10
Gonna Get Better 8/10
Scared Of Happy 10/10
Not That Kinda Girl 10/10
Dope 8/10
No Way 8/10
As for the live performances...they've been very mediocre.
Normani is doing well with vocals and choreography. Lauren's voice gets overshadowed by the playback on Work From Home but her dancing on point. Ally (MAJOR improvement in dancing) and Dinah Jane have been struggling with breath control and pitch. Camila has improved with choreography, but tends to shout on certain notes or overdo the runs.
I love performers that can sing and dance, but every girl has a different level of vocal and dance skill. They should make the choreography more simple yet fun so they can focus on the vocals. I love their music, but dance isn't their biggest skill, vocals are.

I guess I will have to search for a download of this.
Edit: Yeah, I will keep I Lied, the Fetty Wap song, Squeeze and Scared of Happy. These heffas can keep the rest of their Radio Disney filler.
