Do you know who wrote the song? Thanks! No. I tried. Hopefully someone else has it or we'll find out very soon.

Instrumentals and pop/country blend sound a little more like old style Keith, although a very small clip. Sounds good to me

That clip sounds like this is gonna be a big hit. I have a feeling this is gonna be bigger than "John Cougar" and each Fuse single. It sounds right in line with the R&B love songs that radio and audiences are eating up right now.

Yep, my initial thoughts are correct. This is gonna be a huge smash, one of the biggest hits of his career.
It feels exactly in line with what is popular at country radio right now while also being exactly what you'd expect in a Keith Urban ballad.

Got to echo zjames's sentiments, this is going to be huge. Reminds me of some of his softer songs that were monster hits like "Making Memories Of Us" and "You'll Think Of Me". I actually prefer this one to JJJ, this seems like more vintage Keith Urban. Have to give him credit too, so far this era is sounding really different sonically from the Fuse era.

Beautiful, subtle, and most definitely another smash hit in the making. A nice change of pace for Keith that reminds me of his older material.

On first listen, I like this. Not as much as JJJ, but it's a pleasant enough song that should be a big radio hit during the colder months up ahead.

Add date is October 26th according to Aircheck. His birthday. Sorry, had to All joking aside, this is powerful. Gonna be a special one for sure. It also reminds me of some of his older material and that certainly isn't a bad thing. I'm really excited and have high hopes for this song.

Keith Urban and his team held a #1 party for "John Cougar, John Deere, John 3:16" this week in Nashville. From Music Row: Judging by the starters already reporting for "Break On Me", I'm fully expecting a massive amount of official Mediabase adds, this coming Monday.

He's posting "Ripcord" with no other information...new album title? Good question. I saw that too. An interesting title if that is indeed the name of the new album. ' As for the song, it is miles better than JCJDJ316. "Break On Me" feels like classic Keith with a hint of the modern sounds of today's country radio. Love it.

I was wondering if it's normal for artist to wait until the second single has been released to announce the album. He probably didn't have the album finished I'm guessing. I loved JJJ and I love "Break On Me." I'm hearing it on radio already and it sounds like classic Keith Urban. The thing with his ballad type songs, I can't imagine any other artists singing it with as much emotion and conviction as Keith does.
