I actually liked both of the singles for this album. I just don't think radio is really behind Adam now. He didn't really break out in a big way on his first album and it's been a steady decline since then on radio. Too bad - Adam had the vocal talent - he just never had that really terrific break out song and it hurt him on radio.

If his current album can't get him a big hit I'm afraid nothing will. I think you may be right. It certainly doesn't mean that Adam isn't talented because everyone knows he can sing. Radio is just a different animal now and Adam isn't exactly a superstar nor is he a new artist at this point in time. So I just don't see radio giving him that much airplay. He can still be a very strong touring artist on his own (theaters) - he obviously is as part of Queen (arenas/stadiums). |
