Not surprised this is struggling. It's sonic oatmeal.

If you would like to look at the total airplay charts..
4. ADELE - Hello: 139.913
10. ADELE - When We Were Young: 93.921
HELLO is STILL Top 5 with a massive audience and WWWY just entered the top 10 and will start flying up. Get your facts straight. It is extremely rare for an artist to have 2 singles in high rotation, especially this high in top 10 airplay at once. It's only happened a few times

However, just because that is the reason, doesn't mean this song isn't struggling. It's updates have been awful as of late. I am shocked by it, but not in denial over it.

This may not be performing at blockbuster levels, but it's performing solidly enough.

If she releases a video after the Grammy performance, she's getting another #1. It's up to her whether she cares about the chart position enough or not

It's only happened a few times And if "Hello" wasn't such a massive, pop culture, international smash, guaranteed WWWY wouldn't be anywhere near these levels. Hello and 25 are the reason why ADELE has enough radio stock for a song like this to be reaching this high. They were smart to push WWWY now and save the obvious hits for later. It's funny how the 'race' to #1 on Pop was going to be between WWWY and OOTW. I doubt many guessed both would be struggling out the Top 10 and teetering between holding on and just days away from massive drops. If ADELE's Grammy performance pushes this into the Top 10 H100, excellent. I'm not a fan of this song, but I love it when artists like her are rewarded with success.

What happened to the people who thought this was one of her best song ever after she performed it at church? Did they have change of heart now that its hitting a brickwall??
This song is a gorgeous!! One of her best. Nothing from this era will be bigger than Hello and its record breaking achievement.

Not the remix, the radio edit, soz. What radio edit? what I got today in my inbox were 3 different edits of dance remix. I think the song was slightly altered for radio, they cut off a few seconds (it's also the version on Spotify, apparently). It's not a huge difference, it only marks its official adds date, but I hoped the negative updates would stop when that happened, that's all.

What would this being "one of her best song ever" have to do with its chart performance, anyhow? Uh. Huh. :)
I think it's one of the best tracks on 25- a little sad, but a strong track.

I thought this song was really weak until I heard the third single the other day. Now that song is bad. I guess Adele is really just a hit or miss artist for me. LOVED the first two singles from her last album and was lukewarm on the others. I LOVED Hello but I haven't liked the past two singles. I love Adele's voice - I just don't love all her songs like you diehard fans. I think radio in the US "may" be reacting to some of her new material like I have. It's good but not great (except for Hello). Without better songs I see her radio play going down with each subsequent release. She may still sell tons of albums going forward but her radio play especially on pop may have already peaked. Time will tell.

My Hot AC station pits two new songs against each other and listeners vote on which one they like. They played a new song by Adele this week. A song can win up to 5 times before it is retired. I heard the third single this week. I don't remember the title. I think it won but only by a few votes.

She hasn't released a third single from this album yet. Well, I hope her label rethinks the song they sent to my station. It is a big step down from previous songs - including WWWY.

The label doesn't have to "rethink" anything because nothing has been released as her 3rd single. I doubt her label is sending individual songs to "your" station.

My station never plays a song unless the label tells them to especially in these "Is it a hit or miss" segments. If it isn't a single today, it "will" be. No need to get personal. This is a board for all to share info on.

Especially for an artist as huge as Adele. You may be right, the song you heard may end up being the 3rd single. But we will never know since you're not even able to identify it.

What song are you even talking about? It has to be "Send My Love," "Water Under The Bridge," or "All I Ask" - which have all received great reception from the public when 25 was released. I don't see anything else being considered.

I don't see anything else being considered. I think it probably was Send My Love. I really didn't even know it was Adele until the DJ said it was her. Anyway, I love Adele's voice but this song hid her talent behind some average lyrics and production, IMO.

Not to be a buzz kill
But I heard from a pal who's working the Grammy's that the decision to perform WHEN WE WERE YOUNG may have been switched to an album track in last 48 hours .... And that YOUNG would instead be performed on ELLEN ....
I am aware that the label confirmed the performance last week, but I'm told it has since changed .......

I just hope she performs it, it gets a nice new peak on the Hot 100 and then we move on to Water Under The Bridge. WWWY is currently going nowhere on Pop radio.

Look two posts up, it seemed certain that this would be performed tomorrow night. I don't see anyone acting holy - they just know nothing is certain until it's official. Especially when Adele has so many songs to pull from for this album.
