We're still not permanently invited, but we do get to go through the whole process properly this time - so hopefully we make the final on our own merit. I still love how we placed top 5 last year!

Old Westlife member Nicky Byrne will be performing for Ireland. This is probably our best song in a while, but it still isn't exactly good lol. At least it isn't Jedward or Dustin The Turkey. Is he saying "touch who you want to"?

Jamie-Lee Kriewitz, who won The Voice Of Germany just two months ago, will be representing Germany
Not bad, but I'm not sure if it'll stand out enough in the final

An Australian was this close to representing Denmark. The Voice Of Australia 3rd season winner Anja Nissen made the final 3 in the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix but came second with 36% of the vote.
Rumour has it that Delta Goodrem could be representing us this year.

The UK have also gone with The Voice alumni.
It sounds like a One Direction album track

The Italian song is decent. As usual, it won't win.

Delta confirmed on Twitter she's not doing Eurovision. But there's been reports Dami Im is going to be announced as our entrant tomorrow, and if she is it'll be a f**king disappointment. Literally the only thing I think she'll have going for her is being Asian. She'll otherwise get lost among all the other girls who can look pretty and sing well, 'cause I'm sure whatever song she has with her will blend in with every other pretty pop female's song. This is why I think Delta would have been the better choice; she has the level of international recognition that would give Australia some pull. Not to mention she has her musicianship as a pianist - I'm positive if Delta were doing Eurovision she would find some way to fit her virtuosity into a three-minute performance, and that degree of musicianship would definitely make people take notice. I don't think Dami will have any of that if she's indeed our representative.

Btw, they've changed the voting system this year to mimic the way Melodifestivalen does it. The jury votes and the televotes will no longer be combined, and each country will now distribute 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,10,12 votes via jury and a separate 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,10,12 votes via televote. Which means this year's winner will probably be over 600 points (poor "Fairytale").
The satellite hook-ups (AKA the best part of the show) will still happen. However, the correspondents will only reveal the jury vote. And to save time, the correspondents will only read aloud their 12's (with 1-8,10 being shown automatically). After the 40-some countries have revealed their jury vote, the hosts will then add in the televote.
I still think the show will be 4 hours long again this year, though.

Dami Im is official now. #RIPAustralia
We needed somebody the same calibre as Guy Sebastian to prove our performance last year wasn't a fluke. Dami just isn't cutting it.

Oh no, I do think Dami will have a decent song and will perform it well, but I also see her as an act that could easily get lost in the shuffle which we couldn't really afford. I mean, will we be invited back again if we have a crap placement in the final results? What about if we miss the finals altogether?

I really like Russia's entry "You Are The Only One" by Sergey Lazarev. It reminds me of something BWO would have done a few years ago.

I am really feeling Dami Im's song. Her movements are really awkward in the video, but the song is pretty dope.

Still not convinced Dami's gonna do nearly as well as Guy, but Dami's song is in my top 5 (along with Norway, Albania, Estonia and Russia).

Oh, glad you like our song Oh, Estonia's your song? I love Jüri's voice. I'm not head-over-heels for the song yet, but it could grow on me.

I just came her to say Sweden doesn't have a chance in hell of winning this year. That shit is awful, especially the live performance. Holy crap.

Is it Frans? I've heard his song is overrated as hell but I haven't listened to it, nor have I seen the results of Melodifestivalen.
