Some of these are NOT surprising. Just because you're big doesn't mean you should/will win. What about Nas or Bjork?

Although her career was short Aaliyah, her music was the best, R.I.P. Nas, Bjork, people around those lines should have won some for sure

Bjork :'(
Katy is just unlucky. She lost all her nominations to Adele, with the only exception being the ones that Roar lost.

Not entirely true. "Dark Horse" lost to Christina Aguilera & co. for "Say Something".

Christina Aguilera and co.? Lmao "and co." is synonymous with an asterisk which usually is used for indication purposes. In this case, the subject in question acquired a Grammy as well as her only other hit this decade for her feature.

Brian McKnight is the Susan Lucci of them all: SIXTEEN nominations without a win.

I hope Vulnicura wins this year, but sadly it probably still won't happen.
Katy will get one someday, just like Madonna it'll take a while. Madge had to wait until the 1992 ceremony when Blond Ambition Tour won for Best Long Form Video. She didn't get one for actual music until Ray of Light!

The thumbnail is Katy Perry, Demi Lovato, and Ariana Grande. They could've picked at least somewhat surprising people for it.

I fail to see why it is hard to believe that Demi Lovato or Ariana Grande have not won a grammy! We have legends who have not won one and icons who have only a few.

That channel is aimed towards teen superfans, so... their choices reflect that.

Garbage, they have one of the best catalogs and some of the most solid albums. Really one of the best bands out there.

Garbage, they have one of the best catalogs and some of the most solid albums. Really one of the best bands out there. Garbage went against some pretty steep competition. Tracy Chapman, LeAnn Rimes, Papa Roach, Sheryl Crow, and Lauryn Hill. They were amongst some high caliber contenders and deserved to be placed along them.

I fail to see the shock in Ariana Grande two minute career not producing a Grammy but more shocked that someone so utterly overrated and hyped with such basic talents like Katy hasn't won yet. If you're going to reward other basic talent like Taylor then fair is fair. Give her Grammy awards too. Don't go dumpster diving for basic vocalist and pick and choose which is more deserving. I would rather see Katy and her sweeter personality get an award than a coniving person who pretends to be shocked everytime she goes to the podium.
Just opinions really could care less tbh talent to me isn't #1s or awards or money to me is being a leader in talent in whatever craft you choose. So sing with the best or dance with the best and respect is given.

It's easy to ask why certain people haven't won a Grammy. Usually when people look at who actually won over those people, it makes more sense.
