I know I'm really late to the party, but The Fighter by Keith Urban and Carrie Underwood is SO GOOD!

Trace Adkins - All I Ask For Anymore Completely forgot this song exists. Great song. One of my favorites. Trace has a great catalogue and really has some incredible range in songs that he can pull off. I love Til The Last Shot's Fired - single that should have been.

I'll never, ever forget hearing "Til The Last Shot's Fired" for the first time in 2008 and being utterly blown away. "Wait, songs can do this?" His cover of Larry Cordle's "Sometimes a Man Takes a Drink" from that album is another splendid song.

Lauren Alaina "Three" (I don't care what anyone says but I think this should have been the followup to "Road Less Traveled")

Here's a song that I find oddly addicting, which I don't really hear on the radio anymore (btw, this will be in my '95 RD coming either late 2018 or early 2019):

It's literally the reason that album ended up on my Christmas list that year. One Emotion was a stellar album overall and probably Clint's last cohesive album from beginning to end.

I'm planning to dig into his discography soon! The singer-songwriter type always gets me...

Oooooooooh! I'm planning to dig into his discography soon! The singer-songwriter type always gets me... Everything from Killin' Time to Nothin' But the Taillights is great from beginning to end (except for 1992's The Hard Way). There's some great album tracks on each one. It's interesting but at the start of their career it was Clint Black who was the bigger star than Garth Brooks (Clint won the 1990 CMA Male Vocalist Award and was also nominated for Entertainer that year). It really was his 1992 album that seemed to slow his momentum to a bit of a halt.

That album should have came out in early 1992.

There are a looooooot of things going on in my life right now that have suddenly made me realize what a truly incredible song this is... It perfectly captures my mood this weekend.

Heard the two of these on the radio in the past few days for the first time and I've fallen in love with both.
