I like Shape of You....but I really don't understand why it's been #1 so long. It's not THAT catchy to me.

Stop predicting Shape Of You remaining at #1 :( At least give me some fake hope Well I predicted SOY to get 13 weeks at number 1 and its at 12 weeks now. Sooo.. I have hope that a prediction I made 2 months ago can become correct. :)

I like Shape of You....but I really don't understand why it's been #1 so long. It's not THAT catchy to me. It's airplay has been insane and it still looks like it's jumping. People refuse to stop buying it and it's streaming is still #2. It's #1 airplay, #2 in streaming, and #3 in sales. But I do think HUMBLE. will overtake it at #1 with its streams.

I used 65M streams, 30M radio, 68K sales. It's going to be extremely close. Like I said last week, the closest since Starboy's #1. Yeah... But its youtube's not gaining a whole lot, and its on-demand's tumbling at record speed, I think it's more like 55-60M streams. And since I remember back in 2015 The Hills had two remixes just to lengthen the no.1 weeks, it's gonna be so fun if Shape of You does the same since it does sound kinda remix/rap friendly. They can put SOY on discount and put two remixes and lyrics videos for that two remixes and there's no way it's gonna be dethroned. But of course I don't see that happening lol. Didn't SOY already get the remix treatment much earlier in its run? I could've sworn there was a Major Lazer remix floating around somewhere. Anyways, my predictions: 1. Shape Of You 2. HUMBLE (took too much of a hit on youtube today) 3. That's What I Like 4. DNA 5. iSpy 6. Mask Off 7. That Uzi song 8. SJLT (took a decent-sized sales hit) 9. ELEMENT 10. BLABR With the massive points drop for SOTT, I see it having a run similar to the average 1D song, so out of the top 10.

To me as far as top 10 hits there's no stuff in mind. Bad and Boujee's chorus, Tunnel Vision, Paris' verse are the closest I think in terms of catchiness but the lyrics are garbage.

Why do people think that SJLT will rise? I'm not downgrading opinions, I'm just curious.

I give up man. I have no clue wtf is gonna happen this week. I'm stuck.
Billboard officially broke me. Or as SammyClassicSonicFan would say, made me lose my marbles.

[1 HUMBLE. 2 Shape Of You] 3 That's What I Like [4 iSpy 5 Mask Off 6 DNA.] [7 Stay 8 Something Just Like This] 9 XO Tour Llif3 [10 Congratulations 11 Body Like A Back Road 12 Issues] 13 It Ain't Me
The ones in brackets I think can go either way. Don't know what's going to be the 10th song BLABR might have more points now than it's #6 peak lol

Something Just Like This 29,000 (I remember it used the same 29,000-ish points for a #3 weeks ago, now things are so heating up) 9. XO Tour Llif3 26,000 10. Congratulations 24,500

That week SJLT had 258 points with simm's formula. That would be ~25,800.

Well I'm a bit late again but it's okay. "It Aint Me" vs "Congratulations" for #10 was so hard to decide. Same with Chains vs Kendrick for #6

Believe it or not, I used to be almost crazy about his music, but that's just limited to the Good kid madd city album and the masterpiece single version of the song "i". Everything about his following projects to me just went straight downhill. To pimp a butterfly and DAMN. went too political and religious and preachy and the metaphors in TPAB are actually pretty weak to me (slightly artistic version of racial pride/anti-greed/save people/holy water or whatever) that the individuality romantic pursuit of "i" just tapped out and i realized he's probably not that inspiring figure after all. Good kid madd city was a perfection of its own since the whole context is successfully immersed in the vibe of a small city and it just adds up and doesn't take on too much. And not to mention I hate the way his music sounds, so far not outstanding in production, his voice not memorable enough and at the end of the day he's going for theme and theme-wise it's unassuming and that's sad.

That week SJLT had 258 points with simm's formula. That would be ~25,800. First of all, according to memory I think more than half of One Dance's #1 run was below 48,500 points, secondly, why since One Dance? When was the last song ever that didn't have at least a week with less than 48,500 points? And to answer my own question, the last non-xmas week #3 song this strong in points was probably either Hello's debut week Hello/Sorry/Hotline Bling which pushed The Hills to no.4, Blank Space/Uptown Funk/Take Me to Church or Royals/Roar/Wrecking Ball which stonewalled Wake Me Up from reaching top 3 even with a high weekly points of almost 40,000. And really? SJLT's #3 that week was only about 25,800 points? Wow, I think that's another record-like stuff

And really? SJLT's #3 that week was only about 25,800 points? Wow, I think that's another record-like stuff I meant song with less than 48,500 while it was #1. Can't Stop The Feeling only had one week at #1 and that was a strong week, I think more than 70,000 points since it sold 379,000. I think Hello or maybe Panda was the last multiple week #1 that didn't had any week below 48,500, but since I didn't follow Pulse or simm's predictions I don't know how many points they had in their last #1 week. Something Just Like This' week at #3 (April 15th) Sales: 59,000 (7,867 points) Radio: 59,000,000 (6,555 points) Streaming: 18,300,000 (11,473 points) Total: 25,895 points
