The new current record called "You Don't Know Me", by Jax Jones, has inspired me to post this early 1960 record with the same title, to show that this song title has been used before. Of course, I am so old that I can remember this record from when it came out in Feb. 1960, when I was 16 years old:

Ray Charles did a 1962 version that was a HUGE hit for him and is used at the end of the film Groundhog Day. Love Lenny Welch for "Since I Fell For You," "Darling Take Me Back," "Run to My Lovin' Arms," etc. but Ray's version is my favorite of this song.
