This is gonna take a while and I think a few may be 1 or 2 positions off cause a few people later on wanted to change some parts of their list and I let them but they were not too major. So if anything, some of the earlier list graphs, some songs could be off by 1 or 2 or at most 3, but youll get the general idea of where it was in probably.
Now I ask, fearlessarrowNormi how do you guys do it so its in a graph way so when I am done I can show it all with graphs (although they could all take too many posts, so Idk) that shows the users and the place it was. Thanks!

How I'm doing it is making a graph on Excel (I have a list of each song's ranking after each submission so I make the graph based on that) and then saving it as a picture (idk if you can do it straight from Excel but you can copy it onto Word or PowerPoint then save it as an image). Then I uploaded it onto my Dropbox account then linked it as an image in my posts. Just note that if you do use Dropbox, you need to change the "dl=0" at the end of the link Dropbox generates to "raw=1" for it to show up correctly on your posts.

Google Spreadsheets would work too, right? Where exactly is the graph option, I dont think I ever remember seeing it.

Yeah, you just go to Insert > Chart. The charts menu is kind of clunky imo (why I prefer Excel) but it's definitely possible. It first shows up as a bar graph but you can change it to a line graph etc. in the charts menu that pops up after you make the graph.

ALRIGHT! I AM FINALLY DONE! But I need help with inserting the graph. I have all the songs placement after each participants ranks (with off maybe 1 or 2 on some of the earlier ones since I let a few users change a few songs ranks up).
How do I insert the graph? I click the graph on the spreadsheet and after that I am confused. Like Idk how to make it add what place each song is from graph and make it show the users names, it just shows a graph going up to the numbers and thats all.
Heres an example. Put a graph for 1 songs ranks after each submission and this is what it comes out to and I am stuck from here.
Au$tin , fearlessarrow , Normi you guys did well with your graphs for the Rankdowns, what do I do after this? I am stuck, thanks. Wait bboat11 has done it too.
I am trying to do what fear, normusic, Austin, and bboat did in their Rankdowns, Rated R, Tove Lo, Dierks Bentley, Winter 2014, etc, you can check those Rankdowns out for example. I posted the bar graph as an example to say that I am stuck here and I do not know what to do, so I am asking them or others for help.
I did it on Excel so I was able to put the vertical axis upside down (with 0 being at the top and 35 at the bottom) but idk how to do that on Google Spreadsheets.
Yes thats exactly how I have it, except I have the usernames at the bottom. I just don't know what to do after clicking the graph. Like I am stuck. I don't have Excel, so that means that I won't be able to do it or what? fearlessarrow

You can still do it!
So highlight the song (and its ranks) plus the usernames (if they're far apart you can still highlight different areas if you highlight it while holding down Ctrl
Then go to Insert > Charts
Did I give you permission to edit on that link? If so you can play around with that dataset.

Another problem is that mine is a Bar graph instead of a Line graph. Cant seem to figure out how to make it line.

Do you have the chart editor pulled up?
EDIT: if you don't just right-click the graph

Yea I do, but I am still very confused since I never did any graphs from spreadsheets before. If all else fails, I can just link the spreadsheet, but it would look very messy, Idk.
I do it on Excel and when I click on the graph I can just change it from a bar to a line After that I can show the results in reverse (so #1 is high and #100 is low) if I click on setting for the graph
Alright everyone, since it is very complicated and will take a while, getting frustrated, I decided to just post the spreadsheet I have of the placements of where the song was after everyones submission. Some at the start could be off by 1 or 2 for a bit since I let a few people make some changes later.
Credit to fearlessarrow for spending an hour with me trying to help me a bit understand. I understood some, but then I realized its way too much work, so I stopped with it.
Sorry if it could be a bit sloppy and hard to see. If anyone has any advice of how to do it in a way thats not graph that could be neater, let me know, thanks!
I spent a month on this.....
The order is from the winner to last place. Yes, Crank That was Dead Last the ENTIRE time. Lots of songs spent a time at 99.
