Kanenrá:ke loses a top 10, while a single top 20 and top 30 placement go with it. We now have our first album with all of it's singles eliminated first, Life on a Rock. I'll wait until we approach the top 30 to do any album showcases. Might be an unpopular opinion, but I much prefer this song to "Pirate Flag" and it should've done better on the charts.

I think "When I See This Bar" might be the most underrated single Kenny ever released. I absolutely love that song.

not surprised Life On A Rock is the first album out, and honestly it deserves it with the two songs released as singles.

I do not remember ever hearing "When I See This Bar" before, which is really surprising to me because it is a fairly recent hit. I was shocked by how much I ended up disliking it though, because the song itself is not necessarily bad; it is just really boring!

His beautiful 90s ballads really don't Stand A Chance in this rankdown :'(
I'm sad that A Chance and especially I Will Stand are out already. I like both of them a lot and I can't believe that they were eliminated before my #60 was.

Dead men tell no tales??!!! Nooooooo I hope this doesn't mean that "Bar at the End of the World" is next! That song is still continuing to grow on me every time I hear it, which is a pretty amazing feat for a Kenny song!

I'm honestly not sure why I like "Bar at the End of the World" so much, because I will be the first to admit that it is a pretty generic song... But something about Kenny's delivery really works well for me here! That damn "We'll set sail" line gets stuck my head for hours every time I hear this song. I also love the electric guitars in this song, and it has a great beat.

I honestly would've switched "Trip Around the Sun" for "Bar at the End of the World". He would've had another top 3 with the former.

I feel like Bar was gone too soon. I had it closer to the middle in my personal list and even though it's obviously just an average song, I don't think it's as polarizing as pulse makes it out to be.

Lol I'm not surprised the two top 10 losses for me are gone, but I'm just sad the songs that I actually like are already falling. Wouldn't shock me to have the least amount of top 10's left come top 10 or heck top 20.

I'm not surprised by any of the songs that are gone so far. I know my top 5 are probably different from anyone else's though.

The next song to leave us mustn't have been what it's cracked up to be... 48. Realityfrom Hemingway's WhiskeyTotal Points: 834 Average Rank: 39.71429 Standard Deviation: 9.752655 ( 3rd lowest!) Billboard Hot Country Songs Peak (airplay only): 1 Billboard Hot 100 Peak: 62 Ranks by order of submission:Ranks in ascending order:rgreen0625 - 14 someguy - 24 @adam1995 - 27 zaclord 🌈 - 30 bboat11 - 32 countrymusicjunkie - 37 CoJoFan - 38 jhomes87 - 39 carriekins - 40 castleoblivion26 - 40 Cody Wants Out... - 41 fearlessarrow - 43 Kentucky25 - 44 Kanenrá:ke - 44 BackwoodsBarbie - 45 tim - 47 Sambalada - 47 sabre14 - 47 austin - 51 gardyfan - 51 BlueShades874 - 53 Host's Commentary: The bolded part above is borrowed from the beginning of the chorus of this song: "Reality/yeah, sometimes life ain't all that it's cracked up to be". Also, Gary Allan's sole top five hit from Tough All Over offered a more somber approach to this idea: "life ain't always beautiful, but it's a beautiful ride". Not too disappointed with this loss; figured that this would be a good time for it to go.
Another poster loses one of their top 20s while a different poster is the first to lose their top ten in this next reveal...

I don't think I've heard "Reality" on the radio since it left the chart in 2012.

Welp, looks like I'm gonna lose another top 20, but at least it will barely miss my top 10! But I won't start mourning yet. I'll wait...'til it's gone

Dancing with the Stars, so Big Star up next? I think the key points of that hint are "Light up the night", followed by "Burn"...

47. 'Til It's Gonefrom The Big RevivalTotal Points: 807 Average Rank: 38.42857 Standard Deviation: 12.83578 Billboard Hot Country Songs Peak: 8 Billboard Country Airplay Peak: 1 Billboard Hot 100 Peak: 60 Ranks by order of submission:Ranks in ascending order:tim - 10 bboat11 - 12 zaclord 🌈 - 23 CoJoFan - 28 countrymusicjunkie - 31 Kentucky25 - 32 @adam1995 - 33 someguy - 35 sabre14 - 36 gardyfan - 39 carriekins - 41 castleoblivion26 - 41 fearlessarrow - 41 rgreen0625 - 46 Kanenrá:ke - 48 BackwoodsBarbie - 48 BlueShades874 - 49 Cody Wants Out... - 51 Sambalada - 52 austin - 55 jhomes87 - 56 Host's Commentary: "Light up the night and let it burn" is a line in the chorus of Kenny's second #1 country radio hit from The Big Revival, which led me to 'promote' DWTS (one of my newer obsessions as of late) and churn up a Pulse favorite from Jo Dee Messina. We get some fresh blood with this reveal as tim loses his first top 10 and bboat11 almost loses his first top 10; will he get lucky next time?
Our final reveal for the night will be one of the most painful as three people become the first to lose one of their top tens, and two of them are top fives... This next song is also our second most polarizing song (with second highest SD).

I love everything about "'Til It's Gone"! But it's the same deal as with "Bar at the End of the World;" I TOTALLY understand that it is just a very generic song. But I have always felt that this one was not nearly as generic as everyone else makes it sound My favorite part of the chorus is the hitch in the melody that messes with the flow of the song by suddenly switching to an off beat. "Gonna take a deep breath and hold it in, twirl you around 'til your head spins", "Break every rule we ever learned, kick back and watch the big wheels turn", etc. I imagine I am the only one who has ever thought about it that hard, which is a real shame because that part is so cool! Lol! I am not sure about the next hint, but I'm getting "Keg in the Closet" vibes from the hint. You know, the whole looking back and thinking "If only I had known" thing.

Dancing with the Stars, so Big Star up next? I think the key points of that hint are "Light up the night", followed by "Burn"... I’m now 0/1 on predictions across all rankdowns. I plan to keep my (im)perfect record from here on out haha.

I love hearing “Til It’s Gone” on the radio when I’m driving! And I totally agree with bboat11 about the lyrics and beat as that’s actually one of the reasons I like this song so much.

I am not sure about the next hint, but I'm getting "Keg in the Closet" vibes from the hint. You know, the whole looking back and thinking "If only I had known" thing. 46. "A Lot of Things Different" covers the same concept. Unfortunately, I find it to be a little sleepy despite the powerful lyrics. This is one of many painful losses coming while were in the 40s.
