She has a great voice that deserves to be given more credit.

JESSIE J SHARES SOULFUL NEW SONG “THINK ABOUT THAT” NEW ALBUM R.O.S.E. ARRIVES IN EARLY 2018 ANNOUNCES UPCOMING INTERNATIONAL TOUR DATES
Download Artwork & Press Photo HERE
NEW YORK, NY (September 15, 2017) — Today, Jessie J shares her new song and music video “Think About That.” The song heralds the upcoming release of her fourth full-length album, R.O.S.E.—arriving in 2018. Get it HERE via LAVA/Republic Records. Watch Official Music Video HERE “Think About That” sees the multiplatinum UK-born BRIT Award-winning songstress unearth a rarely seen and heard side of herself. The stark and minimal production from DJ Camper [Nicki Minaj, Mary J. Blige and Mariah Carey] gives way to intensely personal lyrics and a raw, soulful performance. "I didn't want to write any new songs.” Jessie J explains, “Camper said "Ok" then before he left the room, he put the beat for “Think About That” on a loop. The lyric and melody just starting falling out of me, and 15 minutes later when he returned I had a song. He laughed and said "see"” Earlier this week, Jessie J announced R.O.S.E.—an acronym for “Realizations, Obsessions, Sex, and Empowerment”—via a video detailing her struggles and journey to this body of work without pulling any punches. View it HERE. R.O.S.E. represents a bold evolution for the artist as she shares personal stories over the course of the tracklisting. In addition, Jessie J has revealed her upcoming tour schedule of intimate rooms, beginning October 8 at Birmingham Institute in Birmingham, UK with dates plotted through October 28 at Great American Music Hall in San Francisco, CA. Tickets will be available to public Wednesday, September 20th at 10am local venue time. Check out the full itinerary below. International & U.S.Tour Dates: 10/8 Birmingham, UK Birmingham Institute 10/9 Manchester, UK Manchester Albert Hall 10/11 London, UK KOKO 10/14 Cologne, GR Live Music Hall 10/16 Amsterdam, NL Paradiso 10/17 Berlin, GR Huxleys Neue Welt 10/23 Toronto, ON Mod Club 10/24 New York, NY La Poisson Rouge 10/25 Chicago, IL Bottom Lounge 10/27 Los Angeles, CA Troubadour 10/28 San Francisco, CA Great American Music Hall

She better DRAG Luke! This is what I imagine the last few Keyshia Cole albums to sound like: diaristic, drunken stream-of-consciousness rambling but it's OK.

I'm obsessed with TAT and Republic better not shaft her album just because she went for a more overtly R&B sound.

This just sounds like the antithesis of Sweet Talker and I’m sure they were expecting another mainstream-minded record like Bang Bang to Work with.

Promotion was never her problem. Her music is. They have absolutely no idea what to do with her.

It's a full album. It's slated for a 2018 release.

I really like her. Listening to her talk and sing are two different things. She has an accent but you'd never know it with that powerhouse vocals. She needs to find a producer that keeps her originality intact while bringing her to the main stream. Not an easy thing for some of the songs she sings.

She is so freakin talented but she never can maintain momentum. I really loved Burnin Up and thought it would get her that solo hit after Bang Bang. She also had a song on the deluxe version (I think) of Sweet Talker called "Strip" that I loved.
I'm not a fan of the last couple songs I've heard. But she is up there with Kelly as far as pure vocals go!

I always love her uptempos: “Burnin’ Up”, “Wild”, “It’s My Party”, “Domino” and her collaboration with David Guetta (“Repeat”). If she decides to do a dance music album I’m all for it. She can keep those ballads for some random movies’ soundtracks.

I'm a Jessie J fan. However I don't buy everything buy her just yet. I like a decent amount of her stuff and usually find her entertaining live. I used to be obsessed with "Burnin Up" and didn't understand how it wasn't a smash. However the rest of the cd wasn't nearly as good in my opinion. I remember liking "Masterpiece and "Seal Me With A Kiss" from it. From her first era "Price Tag" was enjoyable I really liked "Domino" and "Casualty Of Love". My favorite from the cd was probably "Nobody's Perfect". I also was a big fan of "Wild". She was also ft on a track I really liked a few years ago "Calling All Hearts". Her last track she released I wasn't huge on but I'm usually hit or miss with her.

She's been absolutely killing it on that Chinese show. It's definitely been great exposure; apparently it gets over 100 million views per week.

Holy shit. Stumbled across that "I Have Nothing" performance on YouTube and figured I'd watch it for a bit. Damn near lost my breath by the second verse. Her voice is absolutely pristine. What a performance.

Yeah. I'm REALLY glad she gave up those vocal tics because they weren't doing her any favors. Her voice is so strong and clear and pitch-perfect, it seems.
