Sorry District, but this is not the feature you were looking for. This song was released just recently on Avicii's latest EP, and then as a single. It has so far enjoyed widespread success across Europe - much more so than is featured on the graphic, and info may since be out of date due to the song currently being an active single. The song has also just been released in the US. In rankdown terms, this song only has one top ranking, and one bottom 5 ranking (mine). This fell short of #4 by a mere 3 points. sergejdordij #1 @antigonerising #2 Choco #3 Disco🌶️📖 #4 DistrictTwelve #4 @walker9 #4 CF15 #5 Leo ✔ #5 @mirza #5 Glove Slap #6 jtd Thee Stallion #7 Normi #12 Sambalada #15 Ky #17 .indulgecountry #18 born #19 Az Paynter #21 {Remaining Songs}I Will Never Let You Down Body On Me (ft. Say hello (and goodbye) to the last of Rita's features! 'Black Widow' was originally written by Katy Perry for 'Prism', and it was picked up by Australian rapper Iggy Azalea for her debut album 'The New Classic' after Katy cut the incomplete song from her project. While Iggy wrote her own rap verses, the original hook was maintained, and Rita was enlisted to provide her vocals to the track. The song was surprisingly not a major local hit for Iggy, but for Rita it was another UK top 5 to her roster and also her first US hit (out of only 3 songs to chart on the Hot 100 to date). This has only one #1 ranking, but it boasts a record five #2's, and it is also the final #25 to be eliminated. This is my favorite :( I didn't have it at #1 cause Rita's not the lead. Should've made the top 3.

NO! I thought this was going to win. :( I guess I'm rooting for my #2 to win, at this point. I don't mind the other two songs, but they are by no means my favorites. I think I actually had them both in my bottom half.

Sophomore album attempt #2 meets the end of the road just shy of the final two; 'Body On Me' was released as the follow-up to 'Poison', and also serves as Rita's final single with Roc Nation. Due to the introduction of streaming into the UK chart it is her first single as a lead artist to miss the top 20. In the States, it failed to chart on the Hot 100 despite several promo spots and being featured in iHeartRadio's 'On The Verge' program when it was promoted to Rhythmic radio. Most people ranked this song in their top 10, and for a brief time early in the submission period it even made it up to #1. There are two bottom 5 rankings for this song. It falls just short of #2 by 7 points. I think it is my #2 versus my #19 now. It should be obvious which one I'm rooting for, lol.

Wow this is the most unexpected top 2. I thought "Your Song" was snubbed by everyone.

Wow this is the most unexpected top 2. I thought "Your Song" was snubbed by everyone. I did too. This is partially why I don't really want it to win, lol. I think the song is alright, but it's not one of my favorite songs from her. "I Will Never Let You Down", however, is very underrated, IMO.

This is the third lead single from Rita's second album, after the previous two attempts to launch a follow-up era were scuttled. Released earlier this year, the Ed Sheeran-penned song has been a stable top 10 UK hit for Rita with a relatively slow burn. Again it has had widespread success across Europe and Australia (far beyond what the graphic depicts). Once again the US release saw a concerted promotional effort for very little chart payoff - it didn't chart on the Hot 100 and it failed to catch on at radio. However, it was also a #1 hit on the dance charts thanks to its remixes. This began at the top 10, then Sam tried it to capacity - but with near-universal high rankings it steadily climbed back up to claim #2. That said, it wasn't even close - 44 points separate the top 2 places. Rita collaborated with then-boyfriend Calvin Harris on several songs for her second album, and this was chosen as the lead single to the project. It became Rita's 4th (and last) UK #1 to-date. A US release was starting to find its feet until Rita and Calvin split, leading to Calvin blocking Rita from promoting the song. Its US performance suffered as a consequence, and it stalled in the lower half of the Hot 100. Once again its remixes made the song a #1 club hit. Until the very last ranking from Hamed, I held the lowest ranking for this song just outside the top 10, but with almost every other list ranking this song in the top 5 it hit the top of the rankdown early and ran away with it. Nothing else really stood much of a chance once it hit its stride. 10. Radioactive: Perfect ranking! I didn't liked when was released but now I enjoy more.
09. How We Do: I think is a good song but this is onw of those songs I love one day and the other I can't heard it.
08. Poison: Again, good song but it bored me on parts.
07. Hot Right Now: I love this, I love my top 2 the same, so, was hard to pick one for #1. I would loved to see on top 5. Everything works on this, the video is cool too.
06. R.I.P: R.I.P my #1. The reason I ranked this as my #1 over "Hot Right Now" is because I think "Sexy SeñoRITA, I feel your ORA" is enough iconic to me, even if she doesn't sing that part.
05. Lonely Together: Another perfect ranking!. This keep growing on me, I think the production is right in the place with Rita's vocals.
04. Black Widow: I overranked this if I think in the fact this is a Rita Rankdown, I enjoy the song but imo isn't top 5 worthy.
03. Body On Me: I'm not a fan of Chris Brown but he fits perfect on this song. I love how both sound with the rhythm.
02. Your Song: this song is solid, and deserved to be a hit. Shame on USA.
01. I Will Never Let You Down: This was the obvious winner, but not complaining, I think the video is super cool with her dancers. Another song that deserved to be a hit.
Thanks for hosting Az!! :)
