After hearing the main club versions by Rauhofer, Oakenfold and DJ Dan, here are my thoughts.
The first Peter Rauhofer Does Paris one is kinda cool. Really electro. Slightly dark. It goes nicely with some of the hot electro out now.
The second one, the Peter Rauhofer Turns It Up is much better. Really tribal. It really reminds me of an old school club track, especially with that synth hook (it feels like the first bars of Inner City's "Good Life"). And the tribal beats with the slight clanging sounds are really hot! It's more anthemic. A dub of this would be even more awesome.
I like Paul Oakenfold's mix. It's really electro too. It has that anthemic feel too. But it feels really 80's. But in a good way.
I like the DJ Dan one too. It just sounds and feels so sexy. The loops are really creative and the orgasmic moaning in the background in some places is nice. I wonder if the dub plays up the moaning. With all the sex songs out right now, it would go perfect with them.
There are the times. DJ Dan doesn't do such a bad job. :) Very electro sounding. Oakenfold is actually my favorite mix for some reason. It starts off with an 80s vibe and then smashes into a great dance mix. It has the most energy for me out of all the mixes.
Word on the street is that DJ Dan worked with Dave Aude on this mix. I'm waiting for confirmation on that still. Dave Aude does all of DJ Dan's Remixes. You'll find that most "name" remixers don't remix/produce much of anything on their own. Often times the person credited as the programmer did 99% of the work.

On one of these mp3 sharing forums, they labelled the second Peter mix as the Reconstruction mix and that's where it surfaced from.

oh dear... it's another case of mislabelled peter mixes... LOL. kinda like when his remix for duran duran has 2 names: "you gotta believe in peter's mix" and "reconstruction mix"... but the exact same remix. LOL. ok... i get it now. yeah. the turns it up mix is the one like best here too.

And to complicate it even more, Peter released a track called "Believe In Me" which is basically the instrumental with the Fierce Ruling Diva vocals.

5 edits including the Oakenfold, both DJ Dan and Peter Rauhofer mixes have been put up on iTunes with the latest update. I know this is kinda old but I just got the I tunes edits, and the one for Peter Rauhofer Turns It Up Mix is different than the mix we already have (which is more tribal) the new one has new elements which make the song dancer and cooler, too bad Itunes doesn't have the full mix 4 this new version

What he means is that the Peter Rauhofer Turns It Up Edit is different than the Peter Rauhofer Turns It Up full Mix. I just recently got all of the Paris edits, and the Peter Rauhofer Does Paris Edit is an edit of the Peter Rauhofer Does Paris mix, obviously, but the Rauhofer Turns It Up Edit is quite different than the full Turns It Up Mix. Most of the same elements, but alot of different ones too. It is alot danicer. Dunno why.

The reconstruction mix kinda reminds me of "Starkillers - Discoteka (Rauhofer Mix) An empty but dancey house song with totally bimboish vocals I rock my body hard In this place to be I make the beat go boom papi

Sorry to bump this but I didn't want to start a new thread for this.
It was mentioned some time back that there was a new version of this song being played by Manny Lehman. Exhibit A: idk if it is a new pvt mix or a mashup, but manny lehman played this OMFG AMAZING mix of paris hilton "turn it up" last night that was not either of the rauhofer mixes. sounded very rosabelish. i have a call into my boss to ask manny what it is. There is a new compilation coming out that has a Manny Lehman mix of this song on it. It was mentioned earlier this week by JustinLDohman at DJRicoMixshow that the compilation that contains this mix will be released next week. Here's a press release from earlier this Summer about this compilation. Of course, the dates mentioned in it will probably be adjusted and moved up accordingly to fit the new release time.
