Doesn't make any sense. It wasn't the YouTube formula change, because ts up 12-3 this week largely off of YouTube. And Gucci gang was bigger last week than 2 weeks ago.
I added a little opinion poll.

Lil Pump's "Gucci Gang" blasts back to the Hot 100's top 10 at a new high (12-3, besting its prior No. 7 peak), powered most heavily by its 3-2 gain on Streaming Songs (45 million, up 34 percent, good for the Hot 100's top streaming gainer ribbon). Helping drive the increase: continued momentum of the song's official video, which premiered Oct. 23, and the track's usage in user-generated viral videos. The track also flies 40-18 on Digital Song Sales (18,000, up 45 percent).

So did Billboard mess up, or was it because of the new formula?

According to BB's article Gucci Gang had 33.6M streams last week:
1) At least 15M of its total were On-Demand (TGAG was #3 On-Demand with 14.7M and GG was #2). 2) YouTube Insights shows that Gucci Gang was the #1 song of the week with 22.4M views.
It's like they didn't count part of its 22.4M YT streams or any of its 1M+ programmed streams.
I'm not an expert but I never overestimated streams by 7M+ like I did with GG last week. I think BB (or Nielsen) was wrong.

To add to the discussion: 1) HDD didn't update its weekly On-Demand chart for that week which is... weird. 2) Two weeks ago when GG reached #7, BB's article said it had 29M streams instead of 36M. I think it was just a typo, but who knows...

This site has developed a culture of “predicting” Billboard’s formula for so long now, when people here are off, Billlboard is “wrong”
Certainly not the people doing the predicting.
Would people be putting Up this much of a fuss if this were a pop song instead of a rap no one here likes?

^Unfortunately, the latter is liked enough to be streamed a bit too often by some people ... That's regarding of the song's genre. I personally disliked it from day one.

It's more --
"OMG Billboard eff'd up, they didn't match my "estimate"" rather than the other way around
People here are trying to guess Billboard's formula, Billboard is not obligated to pick the "popular" formula from fan sites.

I'm very interested in seeing the billboard formula that gives a song less points one week than the week before despite having more sales, streaks, and radio in the second week. Is it a sinusoid?

I heard very vaguely a while back that they might do test charts some weeks, in which case the formula very well would be different during just those weeks, though I doubt those charts would actually be published.

It's nothing to do with formula, they genuinely didn't count around 7 million YouTube views. We don't know if that was a 'mistake' though... what if the views were found illegitimate? What if YouTube reported an incorrect number to them?
And lol @ the people saying the predictors were "just wrong". Using the numbers YouTube reported it is statistically inaccurate for it to have dropped. That's like accusing predictors of being wrong if iTunes reports a 50% sales increase for a song, and Billboard reports a 10% decrease.
There was a drastic difference in number reported by Billboard for Gucci Gang and reported by YouTube for Gucci Gang. The reason for the difference is unknown.

Bank account just went 15-27-15. It seems like BB isn't counting streams it may deem illegitimate certain weeks
