I kind of love this one now. Its one of those songs that's really subtle, but sneaks up on ya and becomes addicting. Very little burn rate on this one.

This is selling pretty well, so don't be surprised if this becomes a decent size alt hit.

Lol he's back on Active.
I don't know if I've ever had a turnaround on an artist this dramatic. Didn't like their debut at all, but I'm really jamming out to their new shit.

Well, this is a surprise. Heard this on the radio the other day and absolutely loved it. Imagine my surprise that this is Nathaniel Rateliff, the guy behind that awful SOB song. Definitely like this groovier direction they're going in. Hopefully this outpeaks SONOVABITCH While I wouldn’t say I love this, this is my opinion as well. I did kind of like I Need Never Get Old from last era, but I wasn’t overly fond of SOB and didn’t think he belonged on alt. However, not only is pretty solid, it actually sounds like an alt song. Also, big bullet: 14 11 NATHANIEL RATELIFF/NIGHTSWEATS You Worry Me 1749 1583 166 4.892 The public seems to really like this guy.

This is really good. Wasn't a huge fan of his earlier work, but this is clicking with me a lot.
This should enter the top 10 tomorrow on alt as well.

Yeah I like this musically but I still have trouble with his voice in parts.

I think part of his appeal comes from the fact that he seems like one of us. He isn't one of the skinny, noble-chinned pretty boys the industry constantly throws at us, and the guy walked a hard road to get to where he is, working as a janitor and a gardener until his stuff took out. It's refreshing to see a guy like that do well, and the music is equally nostalgic. Here's a good feature on him from Rolling Stone.

Yeah I like this musically but I still have trouble with his voice in parts. That was why I wasn't sure about this initially, however this has fully clicked and I love this now.

This is still my favorite song of the year. It reached me at a dark time when very little did. I'm glad it became a hit.
