I am so sorry for just seeing this! I legit thought nobody responded to this!
Bwol is first, doing Prism Deluxe! For some of you, I did a live review on Discord, but I forgot my scores, so here goes nothing on a second listen!
Roar: Since Day 1, I'll admit I've always thought this was just an average song, however lately I've been appreciating little things about it, and it's a decent way to start this album. 3/5
Legendary Lovers: This is easily forgettable. I appreciate Katy's speed talk, but that's all, and even that's forgettable. 2.5/5
Birthday: Bad song with decent effort put in, especially in the instrumental. 1.5/5
Walking on Air: Easily the best song so far, this is essential 90's dance, and Katy hit it out of the park. 5/5
Unconditionally: .5/5, nothing more to say but this is ear bleeding at it's worse. Everything about this is a trainwreck, and the only thing saving it from a 0 is how epic the background music is.
Dark Horse: I used to hate this song, but now I just hate Juicy J's part. 4/5
This is How We Do: 1.5/5. Only thing saving this is it actually is a bop, in the sense of i'm bopping my head, and this song isn't Unconditionally....but between Mariah Karaoke and THIS IS NO BIG DEAL.....No bitch, this is a big deal, NEXT
International Smile: Again, Forgettable but somewhat enjoyable. 2.5/5
Ghost: Katy has had good ballads, bad ballads, and Unconditionally, and this is a great ballad. 5/5
Love Me: HOLY HELL KATY! 2 FOR 2! 5/5. I'm actually starting to enjoy Katy again, c'mon girl BRING IT
This Moment: Again, excellent 90's inspired song, and we are going 3/3 on enjoyable songs!, 5/5
Double Rainbow: 4 OUT OF 4! YAAASSS!!! Hell, I'm gonna break my own rule, 6/5!
By The Grace of God: 5/5. I don't know what it is about these last few songs, but I actually want this album to get a reasonable * rating now
Spiritual: Oh...a brick. Good, but after the last five songs, this just hit the brakes. 2.5/5
It Takes Two: 6/5. Easily my favorite song, even after the first listen! I love Love LOVE this song
Choose Your Battles: Very Very Enjoyable, Great way to end the album. Not Perfection, but damn near close. 4.5/5
Total: 59.5/80
Stars: 3.7/5
