Rules amendment regarding non-member forum activity

We have made a small amendment to our rules that we would like to bring to your attention.
We have amended our Housekeeping rules (specifically, rule eight) to state the following:
It has come to our attention that members who have been banned from Pulse have been partaking in the Games forum by passing information through other members by means outside the forum. This is not allowed and will not be tolerated.
All activities within Pulse Music Board, including the Games, are meant only for the community of active members of the board. If you have been banned from the forum, you are no longer part of this community. If you do not have an account, you are not a part of this community until you register an account, and it is approved.

members may not post on behalf of a suspended or banned member; doing so will result in a warning.
