1) What will be top 5? One Way Ticket, How Do I Live, I Need You, Probably Wouldn't Be This Way, Can't Fight the Moonlight. There are at least three other songs I could see making it, too (On the Side of Angels, Commitment, Big Deal).
2) What will be bottom 5? I'm unsure, but I'd bet on several duets. "Tic Toc," please.
3) What song will be most polarizing? Least polarizing? "Can't Fight the Moonlight" might be polarizing. It's one of those songs I listened to so much I overkilled it. I would think "Probably Wouldn't Be This Way" is generally loved, even if it's a ballad and I know Pulse hates them.
4) Which "Nothing" song will place the highest? ("Nothin' Better To Do", "Nothin' Bout Love Makes Sense", "Nothing New Under The Moon") "Nothin' Bout Love Makes Sense."
5) Which of the duets will place lowest? Highest? The "For Good" cover will probably be low. I can see the duet with Reba placing the highest.
6) Where will her only Country #1 single finish? ("One Way Ticket") Top 3.
7) Which album will be the first to lose all its tracks? Lady & Gentleman.
8) Any other thoughts/predictions? I looked through my messages for my list and realized I sent in July of last year, lol.

1) What will be top 5? "One Way Ticket", "Can't Fight the Moonlight", "How Do I Live", "I Need You", and either "Something's Gotta Give" or "Probably Wouldn't Be This Way"
2) What will be bottom 5? Not sure what might land here but "Tic Toc" can see it's way out first...others that I could see are "Cattle Call", "Hurt Me", "We Can", and "These Arms of Mine"...oh and you can't rule out "God Bless America"
3) What song will be most polarizing? I think there will be quite a few polarizing songs including "How Do I Live" and "I Need You" but both should still make the top 10 Least polarizing? "One Way Ticket" seems like the most obvious song
4) Which "Nothing" song will place the highest? "Nothin' Bout Love Makes Sense" followed by "Nothing New Under The Moon" and then "Nothin' Better To Do"
5) Which of the duets will place lowest? "Cattle Call" and "For Good" Highest? "When You Love Someone Like That"
6) Where will her only Country #1 single finish? I can't see "One Way Ticket" missing the top 3
7) Which album will be the first to lose all its tracks? Likely God Bless America or Lady & Gentleman but I'd prefer to see Remnants out before that one
8) Any other thoughts/predictions? While LeAnn is someone that I followed closely in her early years I pretty much hadn't listened to anything past the This Woman era and most certainly wasn't familiar with anything past 2010. Because of that this might be the first rankdown where I really have no idea of what to expect and can see it being quite the rollercoaster.

1) What will be top 5? "Blue," "One Way Ticket," "I Need You," "How Do I Live," "Nothin' Better to Do"... only feel totally confident about the first two.
2) What will be bottom 5? "God Bless America," that Alamo song, "Ready for a Miracle," maybe the duet with Delta Goodrem (what a disappointment that was), maybe a song or two from her most recent album -- some of those singles sure were clunkers.
3) What song will be most polarizing? Least polarizing? Most: "Can't Fight the Moonlight" (?) | Least: "Blue"
4) Which "Nothing" song will place the highest? ("Nothin' Better To Do", "Nothin' Bout Love Makes Sense", "Nothing New Under The Moon") I'm thinking "Nothin' Better to Do" will be highest. All three are incredible tho and should go far imo.
5) Which of the duets will place lowest? Highest? Highest: The one with Reba, surely | Lowest: The Alamo song
6) Where will her only Country #1 single finish? ("One Way Ticket") Top 5 seems like a lock for this one. Such a classic.
7) Which album will be the first to lose all its tracks? Gonna guess her more recent album, Remnants.
8) Any other thoughts/predictions? I hope that my #1 isn't done super dirty. It's such a good song, it just wasn't a hit... :'(

1) What will be top 5? "One Way Ticket", "How Do I Live", "I Need You", "Something's Gotta Give", and idk... I guess I'll be bold and say "Life Goes On"!
2) What will be bottom 5? "God Bless America", the Alamo song (lol), "Tic Toc", and probably a couple other features.
3) What song will be most polarizing? Least polarizing? Most: Maybe something like "Can't Fight The Moonlight"? Least: "One Way Ticket" up high, or "God Bless America"/"Tic Toc" down low.
4) Which "Nothing" song will place the highest? ("Nothin' Better To Do", "Nothin' Bout Love Makes Sense", "Nothing New Under The Moon") It'll be close between "Nothin' Better To Do" and "Nothin' Bout Love Makes Sense"... I could see both being top 10! But I'll give the edge to "Nothin' Bout Love" :)
5) Which of the duets will place lowest? Highest? Highest: DEFINITELY "When You Love Someone Like That" with Reba. It won't even be close. That one will probably be top 15, and none of the others will even make the top 40... The Hal Ketchum duet will be lowest.
6) Where will her only Country #1 single finish? ("One Way Ticket") I think it will be top 2 for sure, and make a strong bid for #1!
7) Which album will be the first to lose all its tracks? I don't even know what her albums are, or which songs come from them...
8) Any other thoughts/predictions? I am eager to see how this goes! There is a very wide range of sounds in her catalog, with a fair share of gems and duds in both the pop and country-leaning material.

God Bless America Land that I love Stand beside her, and guide her Through the night with the light from above
60. God Bless America Points: 1020 Writers: Irving Berlin Release Date: October 16, 2001 Album: You Light Up My Life: Inspirational Songs & God Bless AmericaIn 1997, LeAnn Rimes recorded a cover of the song on her second studio album, You Light Up My Life: Inspirational Songs. After the events of September 11, the song was rereleased on a compilation album by the same name. Two CD single versions were released on October 16, 2001. Both versions contain the song as the A-side track, but the B-side tracks were different. One released to the general public was released with the B-side track, "Put a Little Holiday in Your Heart" and the other was released to radio with the B-side track "The National Anthem." The single peaked at No. 51 on the Billboard Country Songs chart on October 27, 2001. This was more or less always the only competitor for last place, other than Toomuchboy's ranking in the low 40's causing it to spend one update at #56 this was always in last place. This holds the distinction of being the only song to garner more than 1000 points! 59. You Are Points: 878 Writers: Laurie Webb Release Date: January 30, 2001 Album: I Need You & Angel Eyes (Soundtrack)"You Are" was released in 2001. The song was featured on the soundtrack for Angel Eyes on May 18, 2001, and was included on the Asian release of The Best of LeAnn Rimes, as well as the remixed edition. "You Are" is a pop song with a duration of four minutes and fifty-eight seconds, and it was written by Laurie Webb. Mark Huxley at Barnes & Noble.com called the song a "full-on dance-pop". Not at all surprised to see "God Bless Marica" in last place, considering that it is one of those songs that is basically always viciously tanked regardless of who sings it. It probably holds the record for losing the largest amount of rankdowns for the largest amount of different artists! "You Are" is not bad. The vocals just feel really juvenile, and don't have any emotion whatsoever. Definitely hard to believe this is from about the same time period as "I Need You", because imo this one sounds at least 2-3 albums earlier. And whatever redeeming qualities the melody might have, they completely vanish when the ending of the song drags on for like 2 entire minutes too long...

Absolutely did not deserve to be this low. I may be overly influenced by the Lenny B remix though, which is absolutely gorgeous (and at least in context of the remix I do not agree with bboat's assessment of no emotion at all). Only the extended mix though, I have no idea what Lenny did with the radio edit, there's something missing in the mix on the edit because it just feels flat in comparison to the full length mix.

Yeah, the correct song for last place. "God Bless America" is just an awful song. Idc who sings it, I have zero interest in hearing it covered by anyone. If Sara Evans recorded a rendition of it, I'd probably still listen to it like once or twice and be like "okay, never again." I feel the same way about the national anthem too basically. Go out and sing it at a ball game and kill it or whatever, but I'm not gonna deliberately listen to that song by literally anyone in a recorded version.
"You Are" was also a clunker. Off to a very solid start!

I missed the start of this, so I won't answer the bottom 5 question, but I will attempt everything else.
1) What will be top 5? One Way Ticket, How Do I Live, Can't Fight The Moonlight, Something's Gotta Give, Probably Wouldn't Be This Way
2) What will be bottom 5?
3) What song will be most polarizing? Blue Least polarizing? One Way Ticket
4) Which "Nothing" song will place the highest? ("Nothin' Better To Do", "Nothin' Bout Love Makes Sense", "Nothing New Under The Moon") "Nothin' Better To Do"
5) Which of the duets will place lowest? "In Front Of The Alamo" Highest? "When You Love Someone Like That" 6) Where will her only Country #1 single finish? ("One Way Ticket") #1 (still surprised that she never had another #1)
7) Which album will be the first to lose all its tracks? Lady and Gentleman
8) Any other thoughts/predictions? Hers was a career that should have been so much bigger than it was at country radio. I still wouldn't be shocked to see a Tanya Tucker-like comeback at some point
