Unranked Treasures Rankdown (Fin)

Yes, you read right. I'm doing my first personal rankdown and it's going to consist of tunes that never reached the Hot 100 on Billboard's list.
As the title says, this is going to be the first part of 3:
Part 1: Unranked Treasures (Songs that didn't chart)
Part 2: Underrated Treasures (Songs that went from 51-100 in the Billboard Charts)
Part 3: Underloved Treasures (Songs that missed the top 10 in the Billboard Charts)
This will be done in three parts.
Part 1: The Reveal:
You may notice that my list is empty. But that's OK, because I'll give you some clues and you can guess the artist and song. I'll keep track of the person that gets the most right and the winner will get a reward: an automatic entry of the song of their choice in Part 2! The winner should PM me, House Lannister , with the song they want to include (keep in mind the criteria).
I'll do ten songs a day. The clues will relate to the song and/or the artist. The first clue will take place in the evening. The second clue will occur after I get off of work. If a song isn't guessed by 24 hours, I'll reveal the song/artist myself before doing ten new clues.
At the end of the week, we'll have the name of all 70 songs and their artists performing them in an alphabetical list.
The songs will be a mix of rock, pop, country, R&B and rap. I wasn't able to get an even blend, but I guarantee that you'll like some of the artists in this. Some pretty big names are here.
But then again, there's some names you haven't. Hopefully, you'll like a majority of songs here.
I did try to limit it to one song per artist, but I did have a repeat.
Part 2: The Rankdown:
Standard rankdown where you rank songs 1 to 70. #1 song is worth 70 points and #70 is worth 1 point.
When you're ready, submit the list to House Lannister . Be sure to click BBCode before pasting a list to remove excess spaces.
All songs must be included in your list. Listen to whatever version of a song that you want to.
I do have YouTube and Spotify lists for all 70 songs. There are a couple of exceptions for Spotify which are listed later down this post.
You may change your ranks as long as it's not excessively done.
The deadline is February 10, 2019 at 3 PM CDT but it could be extended depending on the number of entries and/or personal circumstances.

Will reveal 10 songs at a time until the finale.
There'll be another optional questionnaire for the final ten songs. (Surprises, disappointments, order)

Each day between reveals, I'll give a few honorable mentions that almost made it here.
