Larsen seems to put out a song here and there but no albums since the first 2.

I don’t know how true it is but I thought I had read a year or 2 after Blaine released his second album he had gotten married and was going to focus on a family instead of continuing his music career.

I seem to remember thinking Blaine was gonna pursue becoming a preacher? Or maybe Im making that up.... You're right he is indeed in ministry down in Tennessee somewhere I believe. Around 5 years ago he made the announcement on Youtube and also said that if anyone sent him a message that he'd send out a copy of his unreleased 3rd album "Not Too Bad" and sure enough he did send me a copy. It was pretty cool and I think it's his best album to date.

It's interesting that "Something To Ride To" did not seem to make the album.

It's interesting that "Something To Ride To" did not seem to make the album. Maybe there will be a deluxe version with it. It’s the only song of all the ones he’d previously released to not make the album.

No clue who Lele Pons is but I guarantee hers will not be the worst collab on the album.

It’s the only song of all the ones he’d previously released to not make the album. That song screamed “smash”. I guess if that didn’t make the album it’s a good thing, lol. I will say I much prefer it to Catch a Cold One, which I find a little on the boring side

What's he talking about "I made this record with the mindset that this might be my last one." Did I miss something??

That’s a lazy album cover if I ever saw one (scratch that Dan + Shay’s recent cover exists). 20 tracks though?

That’s a lazy album cover if I ever saw one (scratch that Dan + Shay’s recent cover exists). 20 tracks though? His last two albums felt pretty bloated too with 14 and 16 tracks a piece, and if Red Bandana is anything like either of those, at least half of it will be filler. Aaron's musical output is painfully samey and uninteresting for the most part. Definitely not an artist who needs to load his albums with that much length. And I agree with you on the album cover. The covers for The Underdog and Vacquero were both pretty creative imo, but this is hilariously bad.

I don't think it is that lazy when it does look like a bit to "a diamond in the rough" like what he said. It is actually more creative than the cover for his last two albums that involves himself, i.e. just like most of other country album covers. But the pitch black background can definitely be more detailed.

They may just be doing a single announcement as well, but it is good to hear news from them.

From a Tin Pan South writers show they played some songs they recently got cut.
Jenn Schott performed “I Hope You Feel It” which was cut by Rascal Flatts; “7500OYBO” cut by Tim McGraw.
Jennifer Hanson sang “Some Things You Don’t Forget” cur by Jason Aldean.
The Tim and Jason cuts were really great!!
