ChicaCherry콜라 no you absolutely should! Lmao it’s always a good time when Flops (that’s me, in case you didn’t know) loses high ranks early on. Which happens disgustingly offen! Me currently in the Active Rock rankdown just praying my #1 is top 50 I feel like we are both fairing way too well in this rankdown though. Usually we both flop hard, but this is going too well.

Flawless top 10 except for "Get Over Yourself." I legit had forgotten how that song even sounded until revisiting it for this RD... and I instantly realized why Knock on the Sky flopped so hard, lol. "Mine All Mine" is good though. I think that one would've at least made the top 20 on the charts if they hadn't shot themselves in the foot with that lead single. Wish it could've swapped places with "God Bless" here in the RD top 10.

Great top 10. I was hoping that "Housewife" would have made it, but I'm actually pleasantly surprised that it made it as far as it did.

"23 Days" and "Mine All Mine" can go next please, in that order. I would have gladly traded both of those for "God Bless The American Housewife" and "Still Holding Out For You" in the top 10.
That said, I do love all the remaining songs, and this is a fantastic top 10!!!! Excited to see how this plays out!

Ok but would you rather it be "Get Over Yourself" cuz I think that could be next on the chopping block lol. I mean, maybe "Lucky 4 You" as well... which I feel would be best case scenario for you at this point lol.

#10 – ’23 Days’ Points: 231
Standard Deviation: 4.95456
Average Ranking: 10.5
Highest Rank: Cody Wants Out... #1 Lowest Rank: d3vin44 #19 'Yeah, Albuquerque's never felt colder One mile higher all the way to Boulder Okalahoma City always looks pretty 'Cause it's half way home Yeah, windshield wipers, broken white lines Lord, don't let me loose my mind 'Cause 23 days 'til Tennessee time And I'm back to you' '23 Days' is hey, hey, hey on it’s way to a Top 10 finish at #10 in the SHeDAISY SINGLeS RANKDOWN. Propelled by a few high ranks, the song beat out the #11 song by just one point. A fun, uptempo number about life on the road, the song is written from the perspective of a woman who is missing her man, but knows at the end of the tour he will be there waiting for her. Written with Jason Deere, who co-wrote several of the SHeDAISY hits, the song has that classic SHeDAISY sound and would have worked nicely as the lead single from Fortuneteller’s Melody (but the actual lead single is still ahead!). We lose Cody Wants Out... ’s #1 here and over half of us had this in the Top 10.
Austin’s take: Love this! It is singalongable (I made that word up) and really kicks off the album in a great way. I also loved the Sleep Number bed commercials that utilized this one lol. The bridge is the best part, where she sings out all the different cities along the way, ending with being back in Tennessee time.

#9 – ‘Get Over Yourself’
Points: 218
Standard Deviation: 5.51111 (HIGHEST)
Average Ranking: 9.91
Highest Rank: Leo ✔ #2 Lowest Rank: Cody Wants Out... #20 'Such a busy little drone That your heart beats in monotone So loud you can't hear me Repetition is what you need' And here it is! We lose Cody Wants Out... ‘s #20 with the eviction of ‘Get Over Yourself’ at #9. An ode to all the annoying people in our lives, ‘Get Over Yourself’ uses a chorus of slams to tell someone to do just that. The lead single to 2002’s Knock On The Sky, the song was an, um, interesting single choice for a lead single and doomed the project from the start. A lot of people forget that SHeDAISY’s sophomore album was one of the most anticipated eras of the early 2000s, but this song pretty much killed all the momentum they had going. The song was actually written about a FEMALE, which is hilarious since the reason radio tanked the song was because they were tired of all the “man-bashing” SHeDAISY had done on their debut record (of which, I argue there was none). The quirky and downright bizarre video didn’t help matters, but I have to say I rather enjoy the clip. NO #1s here, but Leo ✔ loses his #2 here.
Austin’s take: I am not ashamed to admit I LOVE this song, but even at 14 I knew this was a stupid single pick and was not shocked at all when it flopped. I will go to my grave wondering what their career would have been like had they lead with ‘Mine All Mine’, and then released ‘Now’ and ‘I’m Lit’ as the follow-ups. But then we wouldn’t have ‘Don’t Worry ‘bout A Thing’, so maybe it worked out how it is supposed to. Nothing will stop me from blasting this song at max volume in the car, though. Dadadadadada. The clue was 'show and tell' (how long do I have to show and tell?/scream and yell/get over yourself!)

#8 – ‘I’m Taking The Wheel’
Points: 167 Standard Deviation: 3.4868 Average Ranking: 7.59 Highest Rank: sabre14 #2 Lowest Rank: someguy #13 "Everybody says it can't be done We drive each other crazy but you're still the one You make it hard to stay, harder to run"
Congrats to d3vin44 who get an “A” by answering “D”! ‘I’m Taking The Wheel’ finishes at a very respectable 8th place. The song was sent to country radio as the lead single from Fortuneteller’s Melody in November 2005 after the comeback success of Sweet Right Here. Surprisingly, the song only did OK on the charts, peaking at #21 on Billboard. The girls matured from a ride in the 'Passenger Seat' to taking control of the car in this one (though 'Passenger Seat' stole our hearts a little bit more, it would appear by these results) as the song tells the story of an up and down relationship, and wanting to hold on to that person and let them kind of sit back and enjoy the (bumpy) ride. The music video stars Aaron Eckhart, who not only is famous for his role in The Dark Knight (among other movies), but is also Kristyn’s ex-boyfriend! This is the last song not to have a #1 Ranking in this rankdown, and showed a lot of passion, with the lowest ranking only being #13. I actually thought this would be sabre14 ’s #1, so I wasn’t surprised to see him put it at #2.
Austin’s take: I love this song and think radio got it wrong. It sounds like a hit to me. In a catalog this strong, I could only rank it at #9, but this is a great song and was a really great kickoff to the era, even if '23 Days’ is a bit more radio-friendly.

#7 – ‘Mine All Mine’
Points: 165
Standard Deviation: 4.2622
Average Ranking: 7.5
Highest Rank: bboat11 #1 Lowest Rank: SHOOTER #15 'I drove you to the edge of the map and after that I pushed you off just to watch you fall You never were the bounce-back kind But, oh, this time you’ve proven me wrong after all Now I’m the one who’s gonna crawl' 'Mine All Mine' lands at Lucky #7 in the RankDown. This one always was a Top 10 contender, and flirted with the Top 5 for most of the process. The song peaked at #28 on Billboard in 2002 as the second single from Knock On The Sky, and is a midtempo number about regretting the ending of a relationship. First recorded by Tara Lyn Hart, the girls were lucky enough to get the song back for their own record when hers flopped. We do lose bboat11 ’s #1 here, and a whole bunch of Top 5 ranks (including one from yours truly).
Austin’s take: This song is perfect. The harmonies, the tempo, the arrangement/production, the lyrics…just brilliance all around. I wish this had been the lead single, I think it would have smashed! I wish this had snuck into the Top 5, but I am still pretty happy with how it did here. You guys DO have good taste, sometimes!

So I STRUGGLED putting "Mine All Mine" at #2. As LBTrocks knows I wanted to put it at #1 multiple times because I fucking ADORE this song. It's perfection. The melody, the vocals, the harmonies, the whole atmosphere of the song is just incredible. #2 does not give it justice. If I could have had 2 #1's I would have.

"Mine All Mine" is such a perfect song. Everything about it just exudes catchiness! I have probably had it stuck in my subconscious mind every moment since I first heard it years ago... It missing the top 5 here is a real shame.

I am going to predict that "In Terms Of Love" misses the top 5. Either that or "Lucky 4 You". Also, "I Will...But" for the win, please!!!!!! Since my #1 is gone....

I'm hoping "Lucky 4 You" will be out next, but more than likely it's "In Terms of Love" which I MUCH prefer. I get all nostalgic from that gem on top of it being gorgeous.

despite my ranking I do LOVE "Mine All Mine" and I struggled with the songs from 6 to 15 because depending on my mood those songs could end up in a very different order. I still love my Top 5 more than those songs though and I have only lost one of them so far ("Still Holding Out For You" is amazing!).
Didn't realize there were some that didn't care for "Little Good-Byes" as I've always loved that one and I remember when it first came out and it was an instant favorite. None of their other singles have ever quite given me the same feeling as that song so I'm sure you guess where I ranked that one...
Also, I'll be upset if "In Terms of Love" misses the Top 5 because it is so close and I just love that one so much! Hopefully "Passenger Seat" or "Lucky 4 You" leave at 6
