Sounds like another great tune from these guys. One of the best acts going in the genre.

I believe this pertains to this song Country Aircheck Weekly Issue- 3/18/19, top of front page Most definitely does. I texted the number and it sent back this message: "Its Mr. Lonely. Its good to be in touch. I've got the connection on Midland tickets, merch or whatever you need. This is an automated text but now that we've connected the rest will by from me..." with an attached contact labeled as Midland.

Hmmmmm okay this is the same release strategy that Tim McGraw’s team used for Neon Church...

Sounds like a Dwight Yoakam song! I love it!

This sounds so good! I'm a little worried a lead single this country may blow the momentum for the album cycle, but I still love that they're going for it. I hope it can make a good dent on the charts.

Wow, the preview reminds me of "Make A Little", I'm surprised they'd return to that direction so quickly. Hopefully this will do well for them though, is going to be great to hear a song in the year 2019 that is as country as this one.

The preview reminds me of “Make A Little” but not annoying. Not gonna lie it’s kinda annoying to me. It sounds like it’s gonna be the same exact arrangement with different lyrics. Not what I wanted, even though MAL is a great song

They could be doing what Eric Church does. The first single isn’t expected to last long and then they will come out with something that sounds more radio friendly like “Drinkin Problem” or “Burn Out”.

Probably not the best idea when your last single took a full calendar year to climb the charts. They need to solidly themselves first and grow their fan base before they go that route.

Well they picked the wrong lead single IMO then. I see this song performing about as well as “Make A Little”.

After hearing the full version, this is basically just a better, more catchy version of "Make A Little". While I enjoy the song, I just wish they went in a different direction for the lead single. Something midtempo would probably be the safest bet for them. This sounds like it will be extremely polarizing at country radio.

Alright - Yes the arrangement is similar to Make a Little - but this one has a LOT more energy and has a much better hook. Love it

Could have helped to not have Luke and Blake releasing new singles as well but Big Machine knows this will take a longer time to climb the chart and promote than Warner or UMG's format superstar artists. Impact date is April 15th, whereas Blake's impacts Monday and Luke's the 8th. I don't think it'll get hurt too much by the massive release day today.

This is so fun. I could (and probably will) listen to this on repeat for weeks to come. Midland is one of those acts that is effortlessly themselves in a genre that seems to be over saturated with fluff. It really feels like something I grew up with.
