I think they should push this one as far as they can, just because I doubt radio will let anything else go as high. "What Gave Me Away" or "Can't Take Back Goodbye" should absolutely be follow-up singles though.

I still love that in this time for women on country radio, a LEGEND female vocalist is still doing so well on the charts with this. Never have gotten to hear the full album, but this song is a favorite!

I still love that in this time for women on country radio, a LEGEND female vocalist is still doing so well on the charts with this. Never have gotten to hear the full album, but this song is a favorite! It's a very solid album, so you should rectify that soon! As for this single, I get the incentive to keep pushing it because she's probably not going to get much airplay with any follow-up singles, even if this one is just kind of floating around on the cusp of top 30 and has virtually no hope of reaching a new peak inside the top 20 (sadly), but the fact that it's even managed to remain afloat for half a year is impressive in itself because I kinda expected it to struggle for a few months and then quietly disappear after the initial splashy debut at #21. I'm glad radio has been kind enough to leave this one at a decent level of airplay despite all the factors working against keeping someone like Trisha Yearwood in rotation. Agree with other comments that "What Gave Me Away" would make a worthy single option. It featuring Garth could give her a possible boost at radio as well. Personally I'd love to see "Tell Me Something I Don't Know" go to radio as a single because it's one of my faves and I think one of the few other songs on the album radio might not give a total cold shoulder to.

I definitely agree, this is an album that is very worth listening to. It is really solid, start to finish. It's gotten a little lost in the shuffle with all of the strong albums released this year by female country singers (Wildcard, Stronger Than The Truth, Girl, While I'm Livin'), but it is a really strong album.

This song lost almost 700k this past week on Billboard and fell out the Top 30 to #32 this week. While it is the Christmas Freeze, I don't see this song lasting all that long into the new year as this song has been essentially stalled out in 28 to 35 range for quite a few months (this song has spent the past 19 weeks anywhere from #35 to a single week at #28). I do get the label's incentive to keep this song alive to the bitter end, since nothing else from the album is probably getting as high as this has gotten, but I wouldn't be shocked if country radio drops the song regardless of the label trying to keep this alive.

This goes recurrent on Billboard after 31 weeks. Its peak was its #21 debut.

Sad to see this go as it was nice to keep seeing Trisha's name on the chart after so long without her, hope we get a second single and it can chart a bit!

31 weeks of charting is incredible for Trisha in this climate. So glad she released this beautiful song and so proud of country radio for supporting this. I think this did exceptionally well given the circumstances.

I think this did exceptionally well given the circumstances. I totally agree. I am so happy that radio played Trisha in Top 40 rotation for over 6 months in 2019. That was the most pleasant surprise about country radio last year, for me anyway. I'd love to see her get another single into the top 40, but that might be wishful thinking.

Wait this actually might not even be done yet! The label is still promoting it, but I am not feeling the best about it's chances to re-enter Billboard since it has been even in audience this week pretty much (I put Trisha's chances no higher than 40%). I don't think this song is gonna last too much longer, but I am not shocked the label is holding on through the bitter end since there is a good chance the next single might not make it as high. It had a great update today, but it is probably gonna need to really rally the next couple of days to re-enter Billboard.

It's not gonna get any higher and it's been out for over half a year now, so it's time to just let it die and move on. The next single might not do much of anything, but they should try something else now.

I'm hoping that "Can't Take Back Goodbye" gets an adds date any day now.

It finally seems like the end of the road for this song as it loses over 100 spins and almost 400k in audience with the bullet dropping to -318 today; it's the second day in a row with big losses (it lost over 70 spins the day before and it had a 90+ spin loss on 1/25 as well) and from Sunday's published update, it has already lost over 900k in audience. Plus it's already been recurrent on Billboard for a few weeks now. I think it did reasonably well given the circumstances, but I still wish it could've done better and outpeaked its debut on Billboard.

Yeah, sadly when three songs re-entered Billboard this week (Gone West, Caylee Hammack, Maddie & Tae) and this one didn't, that was the final blow. I think it did incredibly well given the circumstances.
