The main database I used for this (musicvf.com) isn't always fully up to date with smaller new hits but usually that's only a problem with album tracks so I didn't think to double check with other sources for Avril.
By the way, if you find any contemporary (peaked in the last 2-3 decades) songwriters on musicvf with more than 1000 songwriter points according to their points system, let me know. There's relatively few from that generation that made the all-time top 100 so I wonder if I'm missing any. Usually for contemporary songwriters, you multiply the musicvf points by 8-12x to get my Hot 100 points. For older songwriters it's more like 5-8x due to shorter chart runs (musicvf seems to consider only peaks and # of co-writers). That assumes they were comparably (or more) successful in the US as in the UK, since musicvf's points total comes from success on UK charts, as well as US genre specific charts in addition to the Hot 100.
These are the ones with over 1000 musicvf songwriter points I haven't added to the OP yet but which I am still aware of.
1588 Nicki Minaj (around 13400 Hot 100 points but I lost my data before getting a chance to post) 1410 T-Pain 1360 Danja (should be around 11400 Hot 100 points) 1267 T.I. 1260 Philip Lawrence (should be around 13000 Hot 100 points) 1133 Chad Kroeger 1115 Dave Grohl 1071 Chris Brown 1050 Shania Twain 1034 Tricky Stewart 1026 Alanis Morrisette 1016 Chris Cornell
When Complicated came out I remember Avril's co-writers complaining that Avril really didn't contribute and that she wasn't a real songwriter. I don't think they've had anything as successful as her since.

I think it's possible that they did a lot of the work on songs like Complicated and I'm With You. I don't necessarily think her contributions were insignificant though because there's certain aspects of those songs like the singing style that are similar to other songs she wrote without them even if there was a noticeable dip in the quality of some of the lyrics she wrote on her own on Under My Skin compared to the Matrix songs on Let Go.
The Matrix, especially Lauren Christy (the most successful songwriter from that songwriting/production trio) did write some of the biggest hits of Bebe Rexha, Korn, Hilary Duff, Jason Mraz and Hilary Duff after Let Go though. I guess those were still not as successful but she didn't completely disappear into oblivion after Let Go.
Minor point: Words Get In the Way should be credited to Miami Sound Machine, and the following should be credited to Gloria Estafan and Miami Sound Machine: Rhythm is Gonna Get You, Can' Stay Away From You, Anything For You, and 1-2-3.
Surprised she got no credit on Conga, Bad Boy or Fallin In Love (Uh-Oh).

Mike Stoller and Jerry Leiber did have a few difference in writing credits. Jerry Leiber didn't write "His Kiss" and Mike Stoller didn't write "Past, Present and Future" and "Spanish Harlem".
edit: forgot about "I Keep Forgettin'" being sampled on Warren G's "Regulate", that's 25% of 2362 points bringing his total to 15766 points.
