Blake Shelton cut this song as a bonus track on one of his albums. I forget which one but I always liked it. Glad to see it getting a real release.

I feel like I've heard this song and his voice a million times already, but I've never heard either. Nothing new, exciting or enjoyable here for me.

"There ain't really no such Thing as gin and platonic"
That's an awesome line! Otherwise a forgettable song.

"There ain't really no such Thing as gin and platonic" That's an awesome line! Otherwise a forgettable song. Agreed, plus I think having the snap track on it kinda ruins it quite a bit. I'd have been more interested without it.

Outside of that one clever line austin highlighted, there's nothing interesting about this song at all. It's another faceless song by another faceless male newcomer. Very boring melody and production job on this and his voice does absolutely nothing to add any color to it.

Teddy sounds so similar to Bill McCorvey, the lead singer of Pirates of the Mississippi.

Blake Shelton cut this song as a bonus track on one of his albums. I forget which one but I always liked it. Glad to see it getting a real release. Blake released this on the Wal-Mart edition of "Bringing Back The Sunshine" which included three bonus songs. Blake's version has a lot more life/personality to it than this version by Teddy.

Nobody ever posted anything about it, but last month they released a new duet version of this song with Canadian country singer Meghan Patrick

If anybody wants to give this guy another shot, Tell Me How is outstanding. Discovered it cause Lauren Alania put it in her Instagram story.

Kanenrá:ke I'm here for it! She's quite good from the singles I've heard of her's so far (I still need to check out her full albums sometime), and I do think she elevates this bland ass song into something quite listenable.

Yeah, aside from "There ain't no such thing as gin and platonic" this song is the same damn song and dance we've heard nearly every single man regurgitate. It doesn't give him any unique identity; I could close my eyes and see any other man singing this song. (And unfortunately, Meghan Patrick couldn't save it for me; although I do like her voice and will make a note to check out some of her music.)
"Tell Me How" would've have been miles better as a debut single. MILES better. Lord, what a missed opportunity on the label's part. Thanks to that song, I'm giving him another shot and can't wait to hear what else he comes up with in the future.
