This is showing 14 adds on Mediabase this week; likely Cumulus with a few others in as well.

I actually heard this on the radio a couple times in late July when I was in KC to visit family, and I thought it sounded solid. Still not expecting it to do much of anything, but it's cool that it's still pulling in a decent number of adds down the line and not totally DOA, I guess.

Honestly I’m just waiting for a big label to scoop him up. He’s got potential to break out with the proper backing.

Figured I would bump this thread up since it has been a while. Since going for adds back in July, this song has made it as high as #43 on Billboard and #47 on Mediabase which is not bad since he is on an indie label that doesn't have much radio traction. I am kind of shocked a bigger label hasn't scooped him up, as I think he has the future sounding of a star, even if every time I hear this song I hear Eddie Montgomery's (of Montgomery Gentry) voice and that is a solid compliment.

It is seriously unbelievable to me how similar he sounds to Eddie.

Don't be shocked if this song goes recurrent tomorrow on Billboard as this song needed to re-bullet on Billboard this week but if Mediabase is any indication (losing over 30 spins and almost 500k in audience) this should go recurrent.
I do like this song, but I am not shocked this song has pretty much died out in the 40s.
