So "Crave" gets played as an extra despite falling off this week. It seems like it's been a while since either AT40 gave such a song that dubious distinction (CHR has been avoiding something like this for months).

If they’re gonna play it as an extra, the sooner the better because it may be the last time we ever hear it. It’s still somewhat relevant right now. A few weeks from now, no hot AC station will be playing it and stations have the potential to complain to Premiere that AT40 is playing a stiff. On today’s rolling chart, it’s at #73 with only 24 spins.

Yes, I also enjoy listening to many feature-less or rap-less versions of the pop hits played on the Hot AC shows.
I like the Timbaland remix of "God Only Knows" featuing Echosmith, though.

It is very rare for them to play the song which just fell off the chart as extra on the Hot AC shows. I think that this may be a special arrangement by AT40 staffs showing their respect to Madonna.
