why are mixes out now when this song is old, dead and buried? "See You Again" is getting released in the UK. I wonder if "7 Things" will get remixes. It does have some potential.

wow that's annoying it came out so late!
i think "7 things" is already too fast-she's like swallowing the lyrics in the chorus

^ Not really, it just seems that way since the tempo doubles in the chorus.
Going by the slower tempo of the verses, it's sitting in the 100-110 range so it could easily be sped up easily.
I personally could envision a Thunderpuss-esque (RIP) mix with hard tribal drums and strong rhythms, and in the climax of the chorus, they'd extend the last note in the second last line ("And the 7th thing I hate the most that you doooooooooo") with dramatic build-up, to a dropout for the last line ("You make me love you"). :)

Maybe he'll be chosen for this one. Hopefully someone from the label is reading this. :)

Wideboys and Moto mixes are possibly the most PREDICTABLE things to come out EVER.
If for some reason you really want a mix of See You Again it'll work - but oh man zzzzzzz.

I really like the Wideboys mix. It was a pretty good idea to split the first verse in half.

The verse split was a good idea for sure - it runs way too long otherwise (especially when slowed down to 130 bpm). If only they hadn't used the same bassline for something like 15 mixes in a row? Miley Cyrus "See You Again" Ida Corr "Ride My Tempo" Bob Sincar pres. Fireball "What I Want" Keri Hilson "Energy" Michelle Williams "We Break The Dawn" The Pussycat Dolls "When I Grow Up" Janet Jackson "Feedback" Britney Spears "Break The Ice" Taio Cruz f/ Luciana "Come On Girl" Snoop Dogg "Sensual Seduction" Sugababes "Change" Cascada "Faded" Delinquent f/ Kcat "My Destiny" Jody Watley "I Want Your Love"
And I didn't really go out of my way to find any of these.. there are probably a bunch more that I missed...
EDIT: There are two more in the reel on their myspace that use this bassline that I can't identify.

They should have made a bassline mix for this! Everyone loves them!

True, I am getting sick of hearing the same bassline over and over again but for some reason, the Wideboys mix of See you again really works(well, at least for me). I really like it.

I *love* Wideboys' mix. Moto Blanco's is really dull though, which is a shame.
