Should have been the Michael Ray duet. I get tho that they probably didn’t want to go with that considering “Her World Or Mine” is out right now.

Well a Carly Pearce and Lee Brice collaboration was definitely not something I expected to ever log-on to Pulse and see, but I'm looking forward to hearing this. Not really a fan of Lee Brice at all and I think his voice, which honestly was never 'good' imo, has sounded more and more rough lately, but oddly I can imagine them singing together based on the raspiness of both voices, and I've grown to enjoy Carly more and more. I can imagine, provided this is a decent song, that this could be a good move for both of them.

This single will be a duel promotion by Big Machine Records and Curb Records. Both label contacts were sent to stations tonight.

This gives me a total Patty Loveless/Suzy Bogguss type vibe. Felt like something straight from 1993. Gotta be honest though, i feel Lee Brice's part is completely unnecessary and shouldn't even be there. This would be better if it was only her on vocals. Hopefully it will grow on me

I like this. I agree it's very 90s.

I like this too.
Wish they weren’t fighting on the add date with Lauren, because with as fickle as country radio is they probably won’t add two songs with female vocals on the same day. #eyeroll
Lauren’s song is superior to my ears, but this is very nice and easy to jam out to.

I really like this one. Carly’s voice reminds me of another country artist but I can’t think of who it is. I feel like it is probably someone I’ve heard from the 90s that I’m not too familiar with. I like Lee a lot too here. I do think this will be a hit!

Caught this by chance on radio on my way home from work this morning and really enjoyed it. I can see the angle where people are saying this reminds them of the 90s, but my first impression hearing this is that I thought it sounded like something coming out of the Texas country music scene. It sounds like it would fit in between the likes of Aaron Watson, Kylie Frey, Randy Rogers Band, Sunny Sweeney, etc. Lee Brice does sound solid here honestly, which is saying a lot since I think he's a pretty weak vocalist 90% of the time. He ended up being a good pairing for Carly imo.

Lee Brice sounded surprisingly good. Not the biggest fan of his voice either but have been able to enjoy him well enough but I LOVE this song. Figured I would like it because it is Carly and I do like her a lot but I like it more than I expected.

It is weird this song is not listed on New Music Daily section on iTunes. #12 all-genre though.

Sorry for the double post because I just saw this... but my first impression hearing this is that I thought it sounded like something coming out of the Texas country music scene. It sounds like it would fit in between the likes of Aaron Watson, Kylie Frey, Randy Rogers Band, Sunny Sweeney, etc. Or Josh Abbott Band for that matter. Her first entry in airplay chart is Wasn't That Drunk which is kind of a duet and sounds like this (minor key). --- I think the way Lee Brice sings "I'm a wreck, I'm a mess" is one of the most sentimental moments in mainstream country scene.

I totally agree this sounds like the Texas circuit!!
That said it doesn’t sound like a hit to me at all. I’ve been wrong many times though. I see her fading away now that her last single flopped as well.

Hmm I actually have a hard time not seeing this one become a hit. It’s basically serving as Lee Brice’s follow-up to “Rumor” and its very radio friendly. I think it will be a 40 week climb, but I see this making the top 5. Great song too by the way, their vocals are a great match and the production is solid.

I was really surprised when Lee Brice hit those high notes, lol. Love this song's throwback vibe and I'm totally here for this becoming a hit.

I love the verses, but I find the chorus almost anti-climatic? I hope this is a hit for Carly, she's an odd one that continues to play her to go top 30 ... but never anything as big since her debut.

Second most added song of the week with 56 adds on add week and 65 total stations adding this song.
Great start for this song, honestly did slightly better on add date than I expected (I thought this song would get 40 to 50 total stations).

I think radio really like Carly, just wasn’t a fan of CTY. P

Entered top 50 on Mediabase at #50. Also this song is selling well so far (close to Heartache Medication and We Back). Definitely will be a hit for both artists.

This is shaping to be a big ol’ hit. Four straight weeks of double digit adds, and they entered the mediabase top40 today and flew through the lower rungs of the chart. Very, very promising start for this.

This song is also selling very well as it is at #32 for iTunes country (#114 all genre). Outselling the latest singles from Jon Pardi, Jordan Davis, Jason Aldean, Ryan Hurd, Trisha Yearwood, Jimmie Allen, Brett Young, and Midland might I add and all those songs have a good amount more of radio airplay.
Very promising start and this song should be a lock for Top 20.
