"You've Got the Love" is a pretty freaking good cover. It's completely carried by Florence Welch's vocal performance, but what a vocal performance, it is.
"Reptilia" and "B.Y.O.B." were painful cuts to leave out of my top five, though I'd actually say that "Reptilia" was a more painful cut, despite ranking "B.Y.O.B." higher. Looking back, I could have swapped it and my #5 and would have been fine with it.
Given how little I expected people to tank it, I'm surprised that "Can't Stop" didn't make the top ten. No issues with where it or "What I've Done" landed.
The funny thing about "Best of You" having such a low SD is that it almost always has a tank brigade wherever it's ranked. This might be the only time it has ever had a low SD. This rankdown is weird.
Given that this wasn't particularly a good update for me, it still could have been worse. A couple of cool songs made the top ten that were just outside of my top ten, and my top five made it (at the expense of the bottom half of my top ten). I can't complain, really.

Surprised about "Everybody's Changing" making the top 10. I though it was going to be much lower. Very surprised.

Surprised about "Everybody's Changing" making the top 10. I though it was going to be much lower. Very surprised. Given that "Somewhere Only We Know" was higher than "Mr. Brightside" and almost won the last Streaming RD, I don't think it's that surprising. In fact, I think that "Dancefloor" making it is more surprising, because I assumed that would be tanked a little more.

This was my third-lowest rank left, so I guess I'll take it. I do like this song a lot now, though.
4, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 18, 24, 28, 29. Good top ten, I guess. Even though "Can't Stop" should have been in it, at the very least.

"You Got The Love" is crazy good and Florence, as always, delivers vocally and beautifully. Love Florence + The Machine.
I wish "B.Y.O.B." ranked higher than it did. Highly energetic and interestingly political song.

I wasn't in the last streaming RD, so I was thinking that Keane wasn't like as much here, so totally surprised about that result and to think it beat "Mr. Brightside" is also a surprise to me as well. I probably should do more rankdowns lol. I'm actually overjoyed that "Dancefloor" is in the top 10. Such a great song and I love the Arctic Monkeys so much. Glad to see the love for them on this rankdown.

This rankdown is weird. I was thinking the same thing. I definitely was not expecting to have the second-lowest rank while only having it a few spots below my top half. (Though it was quite far ahead of the lowest rank.) I also forgot to mention that "You've Got the Love" was one of my favourite discoveries, and probably my favourite thing from Florence + The Machine.

Surprised about "Everybody's Changing" making the top 10. I though it was going to be much lower. Very surprised. Their first (and most popular) album is a bit of an unknown element in these rankdowns since despite doing great in the UK, it didn't impact US radio or charts much for some reason. As a result none of the songs from their first album made the US YE Alternative or Mainstream Rock rankdowns.

#15 - Florence + The Machine - You've Got The Love Decent but this isn't no "Sip To Wreck".
#14 - The Strokes - Reptilia Strokes are a band you can't hate. At least I can't. Almost every song is great. This is a great slot for this song.
#13 - Red Hot Chili Peppers - Can't Stop One of the only bands I can enjoy even tho Anthony sometimes even does some rappy thing with the vocals. The chorus is golden.
#12 - Linkin Park - What I've Done I actually thought my #22 would be the lowest ranking. This is a good non rock rap song of their's, and I'm glad Mike Shinoda kept his mouth shut.
#11 - Foo Fighters - Best of You Foos have so many great songs, but this ins't one of their epic songs.
well well well, three of my top 5 are still kicking. ;)

The next elimination is a song the artist doesn't like performing live.

At this point I have no hope of a good song winning. In fact, I want to be the lowest rank on the #1 now! Fuck it, let's make this rankdown as dumb as possible

I can't say that I was surprised to see this make the top ten, because I absolutely knew the support would be there...but I also knew that this song would get tanked, too.

This was my #1 until my eventual #1 hit me like a freight train all over again. This isn't as good as "Somewhere Only We Know", but few songs are.
Honestly, I'm not even focused on my last bottom half song. I'm focused on my #18. I don't want to worry about it potentially winning. At least my #23 would be an interesting winner here.

The #8 song is the one that tied Electric Feel for most #1 ranks with four, and also has the most top 5 ranks, with twelve.

AKA if it gets eliminated next despite of all those top ranks, it got some tankings too, with the 5th highest SD.

Some people commented on how the next song could be an interesting winner, but I was only one of the four top 5 ranks and it didn't get any #1s so...

Honestly, I didn't expect this to make the top ten at all. This song is always divisive, and I expected two or three more bottom tens.
"Fix You" has gotten me through more tough times than I can think of off-hand. This was also in the running for my #1, but, obviously, I gave it to another song instead, and Keane just kept creeping up my ranking, so it ended up lower than I expected. It's probably the song that means the most to me in this rankdown, at any rate.

A couple of those bottom half rankings genuinely surprise me, but not as much as this song getting this far. I would have pegged this for top 20, but not to get this far.
Good for them.
