Woah. I'm excited about this. I wonder how high Drake has gone on the all-time Billboard 200 and Hot 100 charts since the update last year, lol. If I remember correctly, he was #21 on both charts as at that time.

iHype. also, these interviews might also hint at Drake and maybe even Taylor both doing interviews for Billboard, seeing as they're the #1 and #2/Male and Female Artists of the Decade.

Rihanna was #10 on the ‘Hot 100 All-Time Artists’ lists in 2017.
Why are the Rolling Stones back at #10, or are those screenshots old?

If I remember correctly, he was #21 on both charts as at that time. The All-Time Billboard 200 hasn't updated since 2015. Drake wasn't charting then, although someone on Pulse did an estimate last year and he was projected #21. Rihanna was #10 on the ‘Hot 100 All-Time Artists’ lists in 2017. Why are the Rolling Stones back at #10, or are those screenshots old? The pictures are from the 2015 All-Time. They only updated the Hot 100 All-Time lists in 2018 (for the 60th Hot 100 Anniversary) and Rihanna moved from #12 to #10.

Post Malone, #10 artist if this decade is not on the list. Only 9 artists collected the points needed on both charts in the past 10 years to join the top125 overall.
And than there is Drake, #1 artist of the decade places #16 in history. Shows how massive/dominant he is.

If you do a ranking of top artists by decades they debuted in...
1960s 1. The Beatles 2. The Rolling Stones 3. Barbra Streisand 4. Stevie Wonder 5. Herb Alpert 6. Neil Diamond 7. The Supremes 8. Bee Gees 9. The Beach Boys 10. The Temptations
1970s 1. Elton John 2. Michael Jackson 3. Chicago 4. Paul McCartney 5. Rod Stewart 6. Billy Joel 7. Bruce Springsteen 8. Eagles 9. Fleetwood Mac 10. Santana
1980s 1. Madonna 2. Whitney Houston 3. Janet Jackson 4. Prince 5. Lionel Richie 6. Bon Jovi 7. Phil Collins 8. John Melloncamp 9. U2 10. Van Halen
1990s 1. Mariah Carey 2. Garth Brooks 3. Eminem 4. Usher 5. Celine Dion 6. Jay-Z 7. Boyz II Men 8. Britney Spears 9. Tim McGraw 10. R. Kelly
2000s 1. Taylor Swift 2. Rihanna 3. Beyonce 4. Maroon 5 5. Nickelback 6. Lady Gaga 7. Pink 8. Alicia Keys 9. Katy Perry 10. Miley Cyrus
2010s 1. Drake 2. Adele 3. Bruno Mars 4. Justin Bieber 5. Ed Sheeran
Some artists I put in decades released material in the last year of the previous decade (Prince first released 1979, Drake first released 2009, Garth Brooks first released 1989) however they definitely didn't get their actual mainstream success until starting in the next decade so it just would look out of place to put them in the previous decade.
If you do 20-year spans instead, to fit 'generations' moreso...
1960s-1970s 1. The Beatles 2. The Rolling Stones 3. Elton John 4. Barbra Streisand 5. Michael Jackson 6. Stevie Wonder 7. Chicago 8. Paul McCartney 9. Rod Stewart 10. Billy Joel 11. Herb Alpert 12. Bruce Springsteen 13. Neil Diamond 14. The Supremes 15. Eagles 16. Bee Gees 17. The Beach Boys 18. Fleetwood Mac 19. Santana 20. The Temptations
1980s-1990s 1. Mariah Carey 2. Madonna 3. Whitney Houston 4. Janet Jackson 5. Prince 6. Garth Brooks 7. Eminem 8. Usher 9. Celine Dion 10. Lionel Richie 11. Bon Jovi 12. Phil Collins 13. John Mellencamp 14. Jay-Z 15. Boyz II Men 16. Britney Spears 17. U2 18. Van Halen 19. Tim McGraw 20. R. Kelly
2000s-2010s 1. Taylor Swift 2. Drake 3. Rihanna 4. Adele 5. Beyonce 6. Bruno Mars 7. Maroon 5 8. Nickelback 9. Justin Bieber 10. Lady Gaga 11. P!nk 12. Alicia Keys 13. Katy Perry 14. Miley Cyrus 15. Black Eyed Peas 16. Nelly 17. Justin Timberlake 18. Ed Sheeran 19. Kelly Clarkson 20. Kanye West

As Billboard often notes, Elvis Presley's career pre-dated both the Hot 100's August 1958 debut and the 1963 introduction of the albums chart that combined mono and stereo.

^She stopped trying to have hits with her last few albums. She concentrated on album sales, video artistry and sponsorship deals.

Just how massive were drakes points lol Why? This is based on Hot 100 and BB200 performances. Unlike Rihanna, she never dominated the Hot 100. Unlike Taylor Swift, she never dominated the BB200. Unlike Drake, she’s never performed THAT highly in both areas cumulatively. At least she’s top 40. Also, Destiny’s Child is on the list at #115 so technically Beyonce is on here twice.

I’ll admit I feel a little disappointed Beyoncé isn’t at least top 30 Also consider that Destiny's Child is 116. Curious how high she'd go if you combined those points. I know that's not "fair" but it was a big part of her career.

Sure, but that’s also true for Michael Jackson, Diana Ross, etc. We can also talk about how newer acts have an advantage because of album bombs that couldn’t happen previous to the streaming age and current chart rules. Like with any all-time chart there are nuances and issues.

^Not sure. But other solo acts would benefit combining solo point and duo/group points- for instance, Michael Jackson, Paul McCartney, Diana Ross and Cher, to name four others.

Paul McCartney is by far the most successful artist of all time. If you combined his point totals from The Beatles, Wings, and solo career. No one comes anywhere close to him.
