I don't know how I feel about this one. The instrumental is great and so are his vocals (in fact he sounds a slight bit like Eric Church and the instrumental reminded me a little of him); it's just the lyrical content I'm having issues with. I've heard "Miss & Tell" though while crafting this post, and I LOVE that song, so "For My Money" is probably just a false first impression for me. They really ought to have chosen "Miss & Tell" as that song is MUCH better imo and could've given him a tailor-made #1. Hoping "For My Money" does well enough at radio so that "Miss & Tell" gets a chance to shine and I'm wishing Brandon the best in 2020.

I don't really care for this. My biggest problem with it is the production. It's grating and sounds 'cheap.' The melody isn't very catchy either.
