I'm getting to chart "Fire, Ready, Aim" and they do this to me. Now I have to chart two Green Day songs. 2:51 huh? maybe I can combine the two and get an actual song out of them

It's out, and it has a different sound and feel to it from the first two songs. This sounds like this is going to be quite the scattershot album.
This oughta be embraced on Alt more than "Father of All..." was, though. On the other hand, I can see Active slamming the door in this song's face.

This was less inspiring than the other two songs. Honestly, I haven't heard a song this dull from them since "Oh Love."
As one of my favorite bands of all-time for mostly the first half of their discography, I have no idea what kind of direction they are going with when making a song like this. The Trilogy wasn't well-receipted, so I just don't understand why the need to attempt this kind of sound.

Yeah, this sounds like it's effectively going to be the third Foxboro Hot Tubs album (Dos! being the second).
That said, I enjoyed this on first listen, though I could see it burning rather quickly just like "Father Of All...".

I just might be one of the last huge Green Day fans who still run into their arms after all this years. Love it! Downloadchecked it.

Maybe it's the sampling of Joan Jett, but I didn't mind this as much as others clearly do. I like it more than the title track at least.
The sampling is from Jett's (fantastic) cover of “Do You Wanna Touch Me”, partly written and originally recorded by (convicted pedophile) Gary Glitter. I just read that royalties from the tune are going to RAINN because of this.

Green Day needs to stop making music more than Weezer or Blink 182 do honestly

I actually liked this more on second listen (and after listening to the Joan Jett track it samples). And I must emphatically disagree about this being worse than Blink's new stuff (or what Weezer was putting out for the last few years before "The End of the Game"). Clearly they're just goofing off and having fun with this album, apparently for the sake of finishing off their record contract, but it's still making for some enjoyable music.

So, I had optimism that this was a troll album with troll singles..
That theory was exposed on YouTube, these trollers trolled us making a fake "real" Green Day album to make us think Green Day was trolling us...
This worries me knowing this is all legit.

Judging based on 1 listen (so it didn't get chance to grow on me) but this is the worst single I've heard from them.

it's almost impressive how the band sounds genuinely bored at the idea of even making this song while performing it and i don't know any other songs that fit that description so perfectly

It's quite amazing how much this band does not care about tarnishing their reputation. This is absolute garbage.

It all comes down to the drums in intro. If you heard the intro coming from a house party, a car, or even a train and you suddenly felt the urge that you needed to be where the intro was coming from then you are gonna love the song. The intro style has been used in songs from Punk, Poppunk, Glam Rock and even some poprock. bands like Cheap trick, Ramones, Def leppard, Joan Jett, Good Charlott and, yeah Green Day have used this intro style to pull you in. It works time after time, and It lets you know the song is gonna rock. No B.S. no elektro, no modern sounds. Just Guitars, bass, vocals and drums. That's all I ask for and the song delivers.

Can't believe I'm saying this, but this needs to move quicker on Alt to knock Trampoline's ass out of Billboard Alt.

For those interested I also posted for this one on the Nonsingles forum. Sounds more like Foxboro Hot Tubs than Green Day, but I still love it.
BTW, I'm previewing the album on Youtube now, and so far WOW!
