I hated “Complicated” when it came out, but now I’m not afraid to say I like it. I got sick of “Wake Me Up” pretty quickly in 2013. I felt “Hey Brother” was better and was disappointed to see it do poorly. I like both of them now. RIP Avicii. I couldn’t stand “Fight Song”. Now I feel more comfortable listening to it.

"Hollaback Girl" by Gwen Stefani. When it came out, I thought it was so juvenile, annoying, and beneath Gwen, and I just didn't "get" it. While I still think most songs off LAMB are superior, I now bop to "Hollaback Girl" when it comes on.

Same! And to mention how overwhelming overplayed the song was

"Closer" by The Chainsmokers & Halsey: Couldn't stand the song back in its heyday: I thought the production was extremely generic and the lyrics were trying too hard to be relatable. However, as time went by, I started to notice the elements I previously criticized actually worked to the song's advantage, making it one of the quintessential 2010s hits. Also, it really gives this lingering feeling of nostalgia.
