Congrats to Madonna! Surprised the Grammys went so mainstream with Justin winning dance record though.
Why wasn't Fergie nominated for anything this year? Didn't her album and "London Bridge" come out in the eligibility period?

I just want to see the DCX perform. I can bet Natalie will be all sorts of angry and emotional performing "Not Ready To Make Nice" with all her peers watching her. Wins in the 3 major categories for the Chicks would be vindication for them, and, most certainly a big giant "f**k you" to country radio (radio in general) for banning them. The Chicks have already said "**** you" to the Country industry, Toby Keith, Reba McEntire fans, and country fans in general. The Chicks have also stated that their latest cd is not country and that they don't want to be a part of the country community at all. IMO, if the Chicks had any integrity left, it was lost when they willingly accepted the Country Grammy nominations this year. I don't dislike the Chicks for slamming Bush (except for where/when they said it), but they've proceeded to slam everyone in and out of the Country industry that they don't like. They've taken this victim and martyr thing too far. The Grammy nominations for the Chicks in the Country categories are not deserved. (I am not referring to the Chicks nominations in Song/Record/Album of the Year. Just the Country categories.) If the Chicks want to distance themselves from the Country industry, they need to go through with it and not put themselves into consideration for Country awards that they themselves (the Chicks) have said that they don't want to be associated with. If the Chicks walk up on that stage and accept the Country Album Grammy, which will likely happen, it will completely diminish the award itself and diminish the Chicks as artists. I know that many people here won't agree with me, but that's JMO.
