"Holiday" (#4) "Wake Me Up When September Ends" (#5)
Note: "Wake Me Up When September Ends" retired/became recurrent on my chart due to it's premature debut and lack of attention. It's very likely for it to re-enter as soon as it's officially a single again.
Also, "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" almost debuted but eventually became stagnant in the Inside Panel.

"Boulevard of Broken Dream" #1 (1 week) * first #1 since ever on the chart, taken over buy "Rich Girl." "American Idiot" #14 (1 week) * briefly was on chart, after "Boulevard"s short run at the top. "Holiday" #9 (2 weeks) * due to a lot of radio and video play - got to Top 10; not as successful as "Boulevard."

Minority and Warning hit somewhere on my chart, but my archives are lost on those two.

Basket Case - #1 (3 wks) Welcome To Paradise - #25 When I Come Around - #1 (2 wks) 2000 Light Years Away - #6 She - #8 JAR - #1 (4 wks) Geek, Stink, Breath - #3 Brain Stew/Jaded - #5 Walking Contradiction - #2 - odd chart run on my top 30: 29-26-27-28-off-off-off-28-off-off-off-28-21-11-6-6-7-2-2-4-9-28-off Hitchin' A Ride - #2 Good Riddance - #6, but with a 5 month chart run Redundant - #10 Nice Guys Finish Last - #21
... then my chart went away ... then it came back
Holiday- #1 (3 wks) - still charting
"Welcome To Paradise" is actually one of my favorite Green Day songs, but I didn't really fall in love with it until after it had dropped off the chart. It's interesting how that song has a theme very similar to "Boulevard of Broken Dreams", which probably would have been my biggest Green Day hit had I been charting when it came out.

Boulevard Of Broken Dreams - #1 [6 Weeks] Holiday - #1 [2 Weeks] Wake Me Up When September Ends - #1 [3 Weeks]
I missed out on charting American Idiot, and I wasn't charting when any other singles were out. "Jesus Of Suburbia" is on right now, still climbing.

Although I just recently starting compiling an official chart which I consistently posted on an actual website, I have actually attempted keeping a chart since about 2002. Of course, it was never consistent, and I would sometimes go months without updating.
I've kept a steady playlist and incoming flow of new songs now since my parents' divorce in '01. Actually, I think the divorce is what propelled my insatiable interest in alternative/rock music, but I digress.
Green Day remain one of the "core" artists on my countdown to this day. Had I kept a chart consistently since May of 2002, and knowing how I liked each song then, this is how I think each Green Day single would have peaked (Keep in mind, this is not official:)
"Poprocks And Coke" - #3 "Macy's Day Parade" - #7 "Desensitized" - #9 "American Idiot" - #5 "Boulevard Of Broken Dreams" - #4 "Holiday" - #1 "Wake Me Up When September Ends" - Did Not Chart "Jesus Of Suburbia" - #4 (this year)
Of course, there might have been more singles from American Idiot that made my chart, considering that is one of my favorite albums ever. But Dookie and their preceeding singles remain why I became interested in new alternative music today. So I guess basically Green Day are one of my top 3 favorite artists of all time.
