Tick Tocks got mine almost to the T, especially the first one (Everytime we Touch would have to disagree with that one)
So since Tick Tock said most of mine I mine as well make mine in order to differ, from my station , kinda a little nation wide and my perspective I would say:
#1 I Write Sins, Not Tragedies by Panic! At the Disco. For a #2 peaker in the nation it spent 6 months on my stations top 10, 3 months at #1, played every hour just about since April, and even way after it was well off our 'Top 8 at 8 requests' it was seemingly spinned every hour for no good reason..I swear our town is majorly responsible for its chart success.
#2 Sexyback, JT - Our reigning #1, by this time my stations format had changed and the top 5 songs got a boost in spins compared to past, making this the most played songs in awhile. It doesn't come in at #1 only because they split it with 'My love' thankfully these days.
#3 Hips Don't Lie, Shakira - You know its bad when you go to a Denist appointment and just before you leave you hear it in the car. You go there and they take you to the backroom and its playing there too!! You drive home from the appointment and its on your drive home again!!
#4 Promiscous, Nelly Furtado - with no other songs to play from her, once she got the ration slots she wouldn't stop..
#5 Unwritten, Natasha Bedingfield - Another overplayed #2 peaker, but at least this doesn't get annoying after a month.
#6 Me & U, Cassie
#7 Ridin , Chammillionare - When you know all of xtremely fast rappin Krayzie Bone lyrics you've heard it enough.
#8 Unfaithful, Rihanna - S.O.S didn't split this up enough to become super fricken overplayed on my station.
#9 Move Along, AAR - One of the only songs I didn't mind being played too much, did start to get annoying - liked the song alot more when it was twice a day instead of 8x a day heh.
#10 Stars are Blind, Paris Hilton - Were they doing this just to piss everyone off? I think so..glad it went from overplayed to non-existant on my station fast but I wont be able to get those couple months back!
I'll admit, even though I like 'Too Little Too Late' Jojo is getting real close to 'debuting' on my top 10 overplayed pet peeve list if you will lol. Its been playing every hour for a couple weeks now, and no 'Get Out (Leave)' being played once a week isn't splitting it lol, at least with 'Walk Away' there is a great split with Kelly's other 4 hit singles - which have a nice rotation on my station.
