i will post this here as well as the Hot 100 chart since this interesting info was not mentioned here.Last Christmas for some reason was not released as a single in the US on it's release date of December 3rd 1984. in other countries it was quite successful though.it peaked at #2 in the UK blocked by Do They Know It's Christmas by Band Aid which was also released on that date . both songs also featured the vocals of George Michael.

This needs to be the next Christmas classic to go #1. It's become one of the biggest songs in the Christmas canon and would be amazing to add to George's legacy.
