Feel free to check out Page 1, which lists all the latest songs that has leaked from Frankie's upcoming album. Thank you, that list is HUGE! The leaks have to stop though....that's an artists' worst enemy. I've known of him since "You Don't Love Me" with the Kumbia Kings (so corny hehe), but I LOVE when he did the solo thing in 2003 with "What's A Man To Do" and in 2005 with "The One". Didn't like his third album, at all. I hope to see him live someday...sang brotha, you've got soul!!

What...is he thinking with that look? Ugh.... And that is such a trashy pose on "Santa Do Right". It's such a shame - if he still had the "buzz cut" look like he used to for his hair, that would actually work with that pose and the zoot suit on the "Courage" cover. But what he's got going here...it's just so bad, IMO. (I will say that the "How Beautiful You Are" cover isn't half-bad, though.)

I like these first two releases. Which one is the official first promoted single?

He was selling the physical edition of his "Courage" album through his website for a limited time, before it merged with his Universal Musica page. However, I finally found a way to order the CD edition still, through one of the producers of the album. It's $24.99 each for a personalized autographed copy.

Frankie J Presents “IMPOSSIBLE,” The New Single From His Album 'Faith, Hope Y Amor'September 17, 2013 THE SECOND OFFICIAL SINGLE FROM THE INTERNATIONALLY REKNOWNED VOCALIST IS BEING RELEASED TO RADIO IN THE UNITED STATES AND PUERTO RICO TODAY The internationally renowned vocalist and musical pioneer Frankie J presents “Impossible,” the second official single from his album “Faith, Hope Y Amor.” The single comes after the radio success of “No Te Quiero Ver Con El,” the first promotional cut from the album which debuted at #1 on the iTunes Latino chart upon its release earlier summer. “Impossible” is the Spanish re-interpretation of the singer Shontelle’s international hit. The new version, produced by Benny Steele and Noah Lifschey, is a powerful ballad where Frankie J sings about lost love with his unique style and incomparable vocals. “Tell them that I loved you, that my soul hurts / That I don’t regret it, yell it to the wind / Tell them it was a dream that became so small and still burns me inside / Tell them that our love was IMPOSSIBLE,” the vocalist sings in the song. Born in Tijuana, Mexico and raised in San Diego, CA, Frankie J is a musical and cultural pioneer being one of the first artists to include a mix of English and Spanish lyrics in his songs. Originally the vocalist for the hit group The Kumbia Kings, Frankie began a solo career that solidified him as an international star with hits such as “Obsession (No Es Amor),” “Don’t Wanna Try” and “More Than Words” catapulting him to platinum sales and ”Suga, Suga” his collaboration with Baby Bash became a mainstay at urban music radio. San Diego's Grammy Awards nomineesGregory Porter, Frankie J and the late Ravi Shankar are among past and present artists with San Diego ties nominated for Grammys By George Varga 08:13p.m. Dec 6, 2013 The nominations for the 56th annual Grammy Awards were announced Friday night in Los Angeles and a number of current and former San Diego artists are among the contenders. Our region has produced a steady flow of nominees and winners over the past decade, and this year is no exception. It could be two posthumous Grammy victories in a row for Indian music legend Ravi Shankar. The sitar master, who died in La Jolla last December at the age of 92, earned a Best World Music Album nomination for “The Living Room Sessions Part 2.” Like its Grammy-winning predecessor, it was recorded entirely in the living room of his longtime Encinitas home. Native Tijuana singer Frankie J, 37, who grew up in San Diego, is nominated in the Best Latin Pop Album category for “Faith Hope Y Amor.” It’s his sixth solo album of the past decade.Rising vocal star Gregory Porter, 42, is nominated in two categories. Porter, who won a football scholarship to SDSU as a teenager and was mentored by several San Diego jazz greats, will compete for Best Jazz Vocal Album honors for “Liquid Spirit.” He is also nominated in the Best Traditional R&B Performance category for “Hey Laura,” a song from “Liquid Spirit.” Young San Diego drum dynamo Ilan Rubin, 25, performs on Nine Inch Nails’ “Hesitation Marks,” which is vying for Best Alternative Music Album honors. Meanwhile, former San Diego bass great Nathan East, 57, is featured on Daft Punk’s “Get Lucky,” which is nominated for both Record of the Year and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. East is prominently showcased on Daft Punk’s “Random Access Memories,” which is nominated for Album of the Year and Best Dance/Electronica Album. San Diego-bred keyboardist Bill Cantos is a key player on trumpeter Herb Alpert’s “Steppin' Out,” which earned a Best Pop Instrumental Album nomination. Best Blues Album contender “Get Up!” by Ben Harper and Charlie Musselwhite was executive produced by Cardiff-by-the-Sea’s Chris Goldsmith. He has shared in five Grammy victories for albums he produced by gospel-music legends The Blind Boys of Alabama, who perform Saturday night at Poway Center for the Performing Arts. Also vying for the Best Blues Album Grammy is “Remembering Little Walter,” which features harmonica stars Musselwhite, Billy Boy Arnold Mark Hummel, Sugar Ray Norcia & James Harman. While none of these artists are from San Diego, the album was recorded here last December at Anthology, just a few weeks before the downtown music venue and supper club was abruptly shuttered. "This year's nominations reflect the talented community of music makers who represent some of the highest levels of excellence and artistry of the year in their respective fields," said Neil Portnow, President/CEO of The Recording Academy. "Once again, The Academy's awards process and its voting membership have produced an impressive list of nominations across various genres promising music fans a spectacular show filled with stellar performances and unique 'GRAMMY Moments.' We are off to a great start and look forward to GRAMMY Sunday as Music's Biggest Night takes the stage." For a full list of nominations, go to the grammy.com.

That song "Breakin" is turning me out. It sounds just like "Stevie B" and that freestyle sound that was popular in the clubs and on some radio stations in the mid to late 80's for a bit.
