it should be #12 this week, but could be top 10 next week with it passing Kenny and Mont Gentry, but Brad will pass it

im saying no higher than top 5...i think they need to move the album release date up, by 8/26 "holler back" will probably be falling back and these guys are still relatively unknown so release the album while u still have momentum.

I am really liking this song now that I've heard it more on the radio. Really catchy!

The Lost Trailers "Holler Back" is the AOL Music Video of the Week FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 07.25.08 NASHVILLE, TN – When you’re hot you’re hot and The Lost Trailers are definitely hot. With their rollicking good time anthem, “Holler Back” approaching top 10 and the album of the same name set for release on August 26, AOL Music’s “The Boot,” has declared the music video as the “Video Of The Week.” Check it out at www.theboot.com. In being named the Video Of The Week, AOL’s The Boot summed up the video in three words, “Energy, energy, energy. They go on to say that “the red-hot Trailers rock out on a roof top, belting their latest hit.” Truth be told, it’s Calder Plaza in downtown Grand Rapids, MI, but rock out they do! The energizer bunnies of the music world take their music to Virginia on Saturday where they will open for Trace Adkins and next week they are on to Kansas City and then on to Binghamton, NY where they will open for Carrie Underwood. And then, they will do the unthinkable; take five days off, completely off, before gearing up for their album launch.

wow, nothing in this for quite some time.
i hate to say it, but i was wrong. i love this song now. mostly due to an amazing album these guys just put out.
my favorites are
Hey Baby How 'Bout You Don't Blacktop Road
but almost the whole album is good. "Gravy" is the only one i don't like at all.
i was quite shocked at how good this album was. i didn't expect it at all.

What is the album selling for at the retail stores? If I can find it cheap I'd love to pick it up, but if it's more than 9.99 it's not worth it, with only 6 new songs on it. I'm glad that this song is taking off for them, even though it's far from their best work. If not for the Chicken Fried fiasco I think they would already be more successful. Their debut album was really great, especially Call Me Crazy and Hey Baby.

well the 6 new songs are all stellar. i know "How 'Bout You Don't", "Blacktop Road", "Country Folks (Livin' Loud)", "Things You You Don't Grow Out Of" and "Holler Back" are all new. and i know "Hey Baby" and "Gravy" are old. but what is the other new one?

^ wow, not only did the reviews obliterate the album, pretty much everyone who has commented below the review has wholeheartedly agreed. Maybe I'll just save my money and order their pre-BNA album Welcome To the Woods. I listened to the clips of it last night and it sounded even better than their self-titled album.

wow really? i was not anticipating the album at all, but i think its amazing! one of the top 5 albums of the year IMO. but i never did have their album with "Call Me Crazy", "Why Me", and "Chicken Fried" so i don't know how good that was. i love every song on it but "Gravy".

"The Rest Of Us" is the 6th new song. I thought the album was pretty good myself, even with 4 old (but remixed) songs. Of course, like most others, I would have preferred BNA give us an album full of 11-12 new songs... but it is what it is.

well since "The Rest Of Us" is the other new one, I can say that the 7 best songs on the album are the new 6 and "Hey Baby". btw, i just left a comment on that review site

This version just sounds a little too overproduced. I also like "Gravy", though, and chuckle every time I hear it.

i think its just so stupid! i think its catchy though. It's supposed to be stupid, that's what makes it fun. BTW, one of the Trailers visited a local radio station a few weeks ago (actually, it's probably been close to a month by now), and seemed to indicate that Hey Baby would be the next single. He didn't come right out and say it, but that's definitely the impression that I got.

wow, really? i'd think they would release at least one more new song before they released that one. i figured that would be released at some point though.

It's also spent four weeks at #10 (10-12-11-10-10-10), which matches Trisha's four-week run at #10 with "I'll Still Love You More" for the longest #10 run of the BDS era. Just thought I'd throw that out.
