Wow. Why couldn't the 4 of them just work sh*t out? Just put your damn differences aside and perform. Just pathetic.

Over the years, the funky divas of En Vogue have gone their separate ways, until they are asked to perform a benefit concert to save the club that made them stars. They put aside their hesitations to reunite for the special night, but first must overcome their challenging history with Marty (David Alan Grier, In Living Color), their former manager and the man responsible for breaking them up. In the spirit of the holidays, the ladies find forgiveness and come together for an epic En Vogue Christmas concert to keep the club from closing its doors forever. Stars Terry Ellis, Cindy Herron, Rhona Bennett as themselves and features some of En Vogue’s biggest hits and two new original songs. Genelle Williams also stars.
An En Vogue Christmas Saturday, November 22, 8PM ET/PT on Lifetime

That would've been a great script for the ORIGINAL group. I hope Dawn and Max watch and take notes.

I'll watch! I agree with Shooter though sounds like the PERFECT script for the original members lol I would still keep Rona though. She sounds great harmonies are tight and she has been with them a long time. Can't wait to hear the new music!

Yikes at that interview, Maxine is NOT having it, lol.
It's downright sad that these grown ass women are such complete messes. They continuously work against their own self-interests... and for what exactly?

I'm tired of hearing about their drama. Max might as well hang it up, she def. won't have any successful solo career. If she was smart she would have bonded with Cindy, Rhona, and Terry. They should have paid Dawn dust a long time ago.

Wow, I remember Maxine was trying to do a solo career, and I wish her the best. Perhaps she could get a behind the scenes job (songwriting, singing background, joining the Roots on the Tonight Show), for some solid income while this other lawsuit gets handled. Meanwhile, here's the "An En Vogue Christmas" Trailer: www.mylifetime.com/movies/an-en-vogue-christmas

All their drama reminds me of Danity Kane in some ways. I think both groups are made up of talented women who make fantastic music together but are just not meant to work together on a personal level because their personalities just don't mesh.

They will always be my favorite girl group but I'll always be pissed at how they tarnished their legacy.

I watched this today, had it on the DVR. Nice holiday movie, liked the new song "Emotions". The 2nd new song was "A Thousand Times", they're both on Spotify now.

Doing the Stevie Wonder classic back in 2002. The 3rd girl with Cindy and Terry back then was Amanda.

Did Terry lose her voice or something? I haven't heard her SANG Who's Lovin You in forever. I love Cindy but its weird seeing her as the lead singer. They need to incorporate Rhona more in their live shows. Let Rhona sing the Dawn-led songs. Cindy's voice is too girly and Terry just croons these days. I love how they sing Bugle Woogie Boy and how Cindy "raps sings" Whatta Man. They work better as a group than the original 4 IMO.
I enjoyed their Lifetime movie which is a huge surprise because 1) I hate chick flicks and 2) I would never watch Lifetime. BUT this should have had more promotion with them at least on somebody's daytime talk show with a performance of Emotions. A missed opportunity.
These new songs.... I'm so over them working with those dated producers. McElroy and Foster haven't made a good EV record since 2000. They gotta have some connects to get better songs. I just don't understand. If they can't put out original material, at the very least a covers album like Boyz II Men.
LMAO @ that interview. poormaxine.com :kii:
I feel like a traitor. I listen to more SWV than EV these days. SMH

They're now signed to Pyramid Records (don't ask me) and the new album is entitled Electric Café.

En Vogue Sued for Millions After Label FlipBy Marc Schneider | February 13, 2015 9:41 AM EST Rufftown Entertainment is suing two original members of En Vogue for over $300 million, claiming the R&B group violated an exclusive recording contract by signing with another label after recent comeback efforts fizzled. The suit, filed Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, alleges breach of contract, negligence, interference and fraud. Rufftown owner René Moore says that he paid Cindy Herron, Terry Ellis and then-member Maxine Jones approximately $190,000 in 2010 in a deal that was to include two albums and touring. The advance included $40,000, plus travel costs, and $150,000 in studio fees. After the comeback stalled, Jones was replaced in 2012 and they later signed with Pyramid Records. The plaintiffs allege that in July 2014 the current members of En Vogue conspired to sign the new contract with Pyramid, in violation of the terms of the exclusive pact with Moore and Rufftown. Fraudulent and illegal documents were used to promulgate the contract, according to the filing. The lawsuit lists En Vogue Enterprises, Herron, Ellis, new member Rhonda Bennett, lawyer Allen Jacobi and Pyramid among the defendants. Jones is spared from the suit because she has "substantially performed her obligation under the agreement" except for elements that are impossible because of the "conduct of En Vogue." Moore is seeking more than $310 million in damages. TMZ first reported on the breach of contract lawsuit. Jones and another original member of the group, Dawn Robinson, briefly formed a new En Vogue in 2012 before a judge ruled that Heron and Ellis owned exclusive rights to the name. Since then Robinson joined the reality show R&B Divas: L.A. and Jones has embarked on a solo career, though legal problems forced her to file for bankruptcy in 2014. Formed in 1989 in Oakland, the group scored a number of hits in the 1990s including "My Lovin' (You're Never Gonna Get It)," "Free Your Mind" and "Whatta Man."

If René seriously thought En Vogue was about to generate millions of revenue for him, he needs a psychological evaluation. He better call up Angela and hit the reunion chitlin circuit himself.

Ihe knows he isn't getting 300 million but he will stop them from making any profit with anyone else. Smart move on his part.

THEY'RE BACK AND BETTER THAN EVER. YES, CINDY MAXINE AND TERRY ARE BACK. THEY'RE INTRODUCING A FRESH NEW POP ARTIST - MOLLY!!!!!!LOS ANGELES, April 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The original members Cindy, Terry and Maxine of the platinum selling female singing group, En Vogue are back, only better than ever. Rufftown Records is releasing a New Single from En Vogue's upcoming Rufftown project Go Back To "What's Her Face". (Go Back To "What's Her Face") features not only the distinct sound we have been missing from the original En Vogue, but adds the fresh new multi-talented rapper/vocalist, Molly! Produced by Grammy award winning and nominated producer Bruce Swedien and Grammy nominated produced and songwriter Rene Moore. You're asking yourself, "Who is Molly"? Well, Molly is the next BIG POP STAR! Christopher Hudson, a Los Angeles attorney, and Anderson "AC" Cotton of NKEGlobal, saw a crowd gather around a rapper/singer at a bus stop in Pittsburgh, PA. Her free style was incredible and then she sung the hook, which knocked them out. They knew she is the next BIG POP STAR, and they took her straight to Rufftown Records. Rene Moore, Kevin Wagner and JT Money, founders of Rufftown Records. Rene Moore, half of the sensational duo Rene and Angela have confirmed that the En Vogue and Molly have recorded the Hot New Single "What's Her Face". Rene Moore has written and produced music for Michael Jackson, Notorious Big, Jay-Z, Janet Jackson, just to name a few. He has called on the world's most renowned #1 Grammy Award winning audio engineer and music producer, Bruce Swedien to produce the project with him. Varnell Johnson, President of Rufftown Records, Ronnie Jones Sr. VP of Rufftown Records and Cheryl Dickerson Sr. VP of A&R of Rufftown Records have been quoted as saying "This is an epic project for Rufftown Records. En Vogue fans will be thrilled when they hear their favorite ladies, with Molly. The buzz is on, and this project is nothing less than ground breaking and extraordinary. Molly is now on tour in the European Countries preforming for next several months and she is packing out venues. Rufftown has also released a special En Vogue EP to all digital outlets. 1. What's Her Face feat. Molly 2. You Don't Know Me (Like That) 3. Expiration Day 4. I'll Cry Later I've been bumping ICL for years since it was to be their first official single for Rufftown but at all of this. Rene is delusional.
