I don't think this song is done yet. Is it? Don't bullets usually shrink around this time and then explode after the new year?

I really think the song is done on pop. I have to say at first I wasn't crazy about the choice of this as a single but I gave it a chance to grow on me and it did a little, so the song isn't as bad as I thought it was. It definitely surpassed my expectations, I never thought she'd get a top 10 hit out of this.

This is probably the last update I'll do. The song did pretty well. If this had been released instead of "Cool" it probably would've done better, but I think they chose all of the right singles.

This did extremely well for a 5th single! #10 and #11! That's great!

Why is everyone saying it DID well. Isn't it bulletless because of the holidays? Won't the bullet be up agian after the new year? I hope.

Sigh...first Cool, and now this?
File next to Kelly Clarkson under "On a Downhill Slide".
...and now, two months later, it's growing on me.

OK, this song is over now, but it did really well and the only reason why it didn't go top 20 on the billboard was because of downloads. Alot of people said this was a bad single choice but I guess the record company knew what they were doing.

Yeah it did good, and was the best single considering the alternatives which were good songs but not airplay material.

I know the Gwen song everyone's talking about now is Crash, but I just had to comment on this song. What's going on?! -1216! :o This might not even make it to recurrent. I guess everyone got sick of this fast and just moved on to Crash. How many weeks exactly has it been so far for this song?

I guess everyone got sick of this fast and just moved on to Crash. How many weeks exactly has it been so far for this song? It's chart run on pop is as follows: 39-28-22-18-16-13-10-10-10-10-11-20? I forgot where it landed on Sunday night's final update but I think it was 20 or around there. So that was it's 12th week on the chart, but remember it's technically 14 since it was around during the 2 week holiday break. It was gaining speed right before the holidays on both pop and rhythmic then the break came and it's airplay decreased like every other songs. I thought once things would return to normal the song would go back up again considering it never really lost much steam until the holidays, but then the unexpected happened when "Crash" was released and obviously stations are switching over. Here is it's run on rhythmic so far: 37-27-24-22-18-16-14-13-12-17 It's #12 peak was better than expected. Heck it even got to #35 on hot ac.

Great run for the weakest single yet on the album. I'm surprised the Ludacris remix didn't do more. They really should've made that one available for downloads. I guess my initial wish came true.. Kinda stupid wish, but I wanted this to do as well as but no better than "Cool".

:o Anyone else notice this has just jumped into the top 10 of New York's Hot 97!!!!! It has almost 7 million in audience from that station alone. This is a rhythmic top 40 station but leans predominetly urban. I am shocked they are putting this into high rotation...I don't think they even played "Hollaback Girl" this much.
Why couldn't they have done this sooner and then it would have made top 20 on the hot 100 for sure?!
Gwen really has earned herself some power in the urban markets!

I was just checking it out it's Urban success too.. It looks like it hasn't yet peaked on Urban radio. Bullet is 50+ and it's up to #79 from 91. Where did this peak on the billboard R&B chart?

Pardon the pun, but this one is really "Crash"-ing at CHR/Pop... -1242 spins this week... I guess the PD's couldn't get off this one quick enough... and honestly, I think it's a much stronger track than "Crash"... :(
This kind of stuff sometimes causes "sympathy rises" on my personal charts... she had just cracked the top 20 there last week... I'm gonna probably have to give it some extra listens the next few days to really reinforce my feelings about this one... and to see if it really deserves to go higher on my chart... I've held on to the latest Madonna and Shakira songs several weeks after they peaked at CHR/Pop as I thought they too deserved longer chart lifes...
