ok, this has to be one of the all-time great pure pop albums. every now and again i break out some old school amy grant and dance a little to Baby Baby, and Every Heartbeat. Cool down to That's What Love Is For, and I Will Remember You. but perhaps my #1 favorite from Heart In Motion was Good For Me. oh man, if pop music ever got any better than this.... i dont remember it.

I liked all of the single versions of all of hits from that album, my favourite was "I Will Remember You". When I wanna ghett down, it's that Soul II Soul sounding remix of "Baby Baby". I think I will listen to that now!! Thanks for sharing!

I love Amy! Though I prefer House Of Love much better, this was definately a great pop album.

Great album, although I also prefer the single versions of the songs (particularly "Every Heartbeat" and "Good For Me").

I love the singles, but some of the album tracks aren't that great. I always laugh at "Hats". It's definitely my favorite album by her.

Whenever I'm at his place I play Hats because he just thinks it's the worst song ever. lol The single versions for pretty much ALL Amy's songs are always better. I always hated the album version of Lucky One, but our local station played that instead of the single mix. Ugh. Took me forever to track down the single version, but I was mighty happy when I did. Peace, Ben

I don't know 'Good For Me'. Unless it's the song that mentions "heart in motion" in the chorus. Or is there actually a title track that was a huge hit?

I tried so hard to find the single version but absolutely no luck until Napster! As for the Heart in Motion album, I remember my sister having the cassette, eventually she gave it to me but I ended up buying the CD anyways. Overall, with the exception of "Hats", it was a good album.
